"You have a pure heart"

Another random post... since no inspiration is coming for nice things, channelled thoughts... The energy, the lack of exericse, rested sleep and of social interaction is making me hyper and weird. And that's perfect, too. *** I bloody hate LinkedIn and its weekly email. Reminds me of Imran. Argh. Encourages that part of me to stalk him... so I did, because it said he added 5 new people.... and then I get some stupid childish girly satisfaction that he added that stalker girl who made my life weirder than it already was with him....a month after he added me :P The girl he fancied or something stupid like that... I don't care! And there's no way of making it so they don't email me the weekly updates. I keep looking and can't see the link to cancel that weekly email. Another day of... I woke at 10:30am.... have a cold. I've been doing a lot of energy calls. Three abundance calls in a week. I am shifting the job situation. It's ridiculous - people a ...

Mettle

Away with the Fairies.... I'm writing because what else is there to do for someone like me? As usual, wasting yet another day in my life. Technically, I had intended to donate blood today. But, just like all the other times when blood donation came up, I've got a cold like thing, so my blood won't be helpful. Perfect. I keep waking late, at 8am - or even 9am I was looking up the synopsis of Rockstar - I didn't want to waste my time watching a movie that's crap. The songs are amazing. So the synopsis made me laugh. Sardonically.   Rockstar Movie Synopsis | Story of the Movie Rockstar 2011 The story follows Janardhan Jakhar (Ranbir Kapoor) an uncouth, social nobody in college in Delhi. A good-for-nothing, uncooperative son at home. And a struggling-musician-with-little-hope to his friends and acquaintances... But Janardhan wants to change all that. So when a well wisher discloses the secret behind all great success: that you have t...

Opting out

Yes, very apt for that part of me that wants to opt out... How to Raise Your Vibration What about the idea of suicide? What about just opting out? Suicide is an option, but you will not escape from the soul lessons you came to learn. You are an eternal being, and you are here to evolve your soul. Whatever lessons are not learned in this lifetime will be re-gifted to you in your next. Spiritual practice and meditation will help you reconnect with the love of your soul and provide strength to help you get through the difficult times. Soul strength is part of our evolution, and also learning how to release the pain of our past so we can tap into the freedom of our future. I understand where you are coming from....usually, in our darkest moments we are on the cusp of a breakthrough. Hang in there and be proactive in your spiritual practice. Ask for help from God, and be willing to listen to the gentle nudges from Spirit. You are never alone. You are stronger than you think you a...

For the lovers...

To keep silent when you can say something wise and useful is as bad as propagating foolish and unwise thought. ~ Imam Ali (a.s.) For the lovers and followers of the Prophet and his progeny (peace be upon them all)... I'm waking up from my reverie just enough so I can at least feel enough of a sense of humanity and community and pray for them. And perhaps find out when the next protest march is so I can actually do something, BE the activist and attend it. I can't deny EVERYTHING. These are my people, these are my roots: of my roots, of my roots, of my roots in this incarnation. Accept the responsibility of the knowledge you have. I'll then go back into my self created world. I can only handle and channel so much pain before it renders me helpless. It's horrible what they did to the people... they actually GOUGED out their eyes after killing them. And then... the rest of the people have been blockaded so they can't get any food delivered in. Anot...

Fairytales

Sakina posted this up on FB... I thought it would be interesting to see what the fundamentalist Muslim males have to say. I didn't agree with the first 2 minutes (it's all programming - who in their right mind is going to compare Lady Mariam's story of complete chastity, mother of Jesus, living in that era, with us today? WHO?) and was going to comment, then thank Goodness wisdom and lack of true interest overtook me and I told myself to disagree with it in private.  ... then I continued to the end - because I REALLY liked the way he read it and the poetry flows. I liked the end bit. (Apart from the mention of Aisha. Sorry, that's my programming kicking in. Why oh why can't you guys use Khadija, Maria, Umm-e-Salama as examples... WHY??? Why is it always Aisha? WHY???? Umm-e-Salama was there for Hussain and for Zaynab, grandchildren of the Prophet, at the time of Karbala - loyal and honourable until the VERY end; Khadija is one of the four ladies of Paradise, ...

Songs Of Innocence and Of Experience

Introduction  "Writing is my passion. But..." "... but you haven't found a way to earn money from it. Whenever you feel inspired to write, just write. Don't worry about the fact you should, logically, be doing something more practical, like looking for jobs." *** Day and Night The television flickers shut. I lay my weary body onto the bare floor. Stare out into the dusk. You know you're in trouble when you switch on the telly and watch Coronation Street, then switch over and start watching Eastenders. Another day, another night. The twenty-eighth year ends. I know within my heart that... at least I am not where I used to be. I hang onto that thought. I have some of that clarity back, although I know it keeps leaving me for long, inexplicable periods of time. Why would you do that, God? *** Don't Leave Home Tonight, this feels as though it is her home. It used to be her home. It isn't any longer. Neither is anywhere el...
