Yes, very apt for that part of me that wants to opt out...

How to Raise Your Vibration
What about the idea of suicide? What about just opting out?

Suicide is an option, but you will not escape from the soul lessons you came to learn.

You are an eternal being, and you are here to evolve your soul. Whatever lessons are not learned in this lifetime will be re-gifted to you in your next.

Spiritual practice and meditation will help you reconnect with the love of your soul and provide strength to help you get through the difficult times. Soul strength is part of our evolution, and also learning how to release the pain of our past so we can tap into the freedom of our future. I understand where you are coming from....usually, in our darkest moments we are on the cusp of a breakthrough.

Hang in there and be proactive in your spiritual practice. Ask for help from God, and be willing to listen to the gentle nudges from Spirit. You are never alone. You are stronger than you think you are.
