A planet in conjunction to the Ascendant always takes on powerful proportions in the native's life and personality. A distinction is made between planets in the twelfth house in conjunction to the Ascendant, and planets in the first house in conjunction to the Ascendant. When found in the first house, that planet feels free to express itself. When behind the Ascendant in the twelfth house, that planet is just as powerful, but it has problems expressing itself in a direct and uninhibited manner. Moon conjunct the Ascendant Those with Moon in conjunction with the Ascendant in their natal charts are quite impressionable and their moods change often. This is not to say that they are weak characters--they most certainly can be strong individuals. However, they pick up tremendous amounts of impressions from their environment and are sensitive to the slightest of temperature changes (not only with regards to the weather, but feeling/spiritual sensations from people and the surrounding...

Sad

"It's quite sad, really." December 2011 o "I feel sorry for you." June 2010 Something in me. The entire world has moved on. I spent the shortest day of the year, sad. I spent the longest day of the year... I don't even have to remember... I was probably morose, sad. My birthday: sad, and only when I found a cat, or when someone kindly and generously sent me flowers and a teddy did my mood shift. Eff. It makes sense why Tamseela and Farwa get me down. They are my shadows, mirrors, whatever. One of them speaks really nastily about herself, men in general, the people she lives with, the other speaks nastily about the lover who left, and about Sidra, and about other things. Farwa left and that's fine; that was me in the past, that harshness. Gone. But I shall be retrieving my book "He's Just Not That Into You" back from her. I'll be needing it the next time I meet a man who pretends to like me. Oh dearie me. I've s...
It's amazing how much crap I can find on the Internet to corroborate my own limiting beliefs re: karma. Only, it's all true. It feels so bloody true. It is true for me. So why do even the so-called psychic and spiritual people pooh-pooh me when I claim it? Because they have less karma. And it doesn't keep repeating because they fail to learn. http://www.radioastrology.com/TFG/KamaAstl.htm The First House is the rising sign house and the childhood house. Planets in this first house under stress (square opposition or inconjunct to other planets), Saturn, or planets in Aries, will often reflect a Karma with yourself or with childhood. Anything to do with the self, meaning self-esteem, appearance, even vanity. There could be a personality Karma, a character Karma, or an identity Karma, especially during childhood, leading to unprocessed experiences. As soon as we become conscious, we realize that we are in negative territory. That is why we are forced to grow up quickly w...

Let's see

It's not the first time I've gotten this one.

Shock and trauma

In backwards motion. Sidra dedicated a song to me: Aas Pass Hai Khuda. Bless her.  The wi-fi seriously sucks on weekends. Am using dad's PC because I need internet tonight. Specifically, listening to the haraam music. I was on the ENLP energy Skype call and each time it was my turn, it cut off. I obviously got what I needed - especially from Ash and his confidence in intimate relationships energy and Olive and her identity thingy. Bloody hopeless, I think Ash may at the most be Level 2 and look at how good his intuitive gifts are. He saw something for everyone. I only saw a dog, a pink energy for Diana and that's IT! I think it was just my conscious mind wanting more healing, some light bulb and lightening and fireworks. Tough luck, conscious mind. You get real life. It's much easier with Genne and With Leah. I resonate well with their energies. And one-to-one scenarios. Especially with Genne. Sidra gave me another session today: because I needed it. A lot of...

What hurts you, blesses you

What hurts you, blesses you. Darkness is your candle. Your boundaries are your quest. I can explain this, but it would break the glass cover on your heart, and there's no fixing that. ~ Rumi Pale sunlight, pale the wall. Love moves away. The light changes. I need more grace than I thought. ~ Rumi Don't let them think that we've broken down; That we've cracked up. We merely dropped leaves, For a further spring. ~ Rumi The moment you accept what troubles you've been given, the door will open. ~ Rumi Whoever is loved is beautiful Whoever is loved is beautiful, but the opposite is not true, that whoever is beautiful is loved. Real beauty is part of loved-ness, and that loved-ness is primary. If a being is loved, he or she has beauty, because a part cannot be separate from the whole. Many girls were more beautiful than Laila, but Majnun did not love them. "Let us bring some of these to meet you," they used to say to Majn...

How long before I forget you, I truly let you go? I don't know what to do. Show me Allah, make me really GET what lessons and what I need to do or become or let go of or embrace so that he no longer haunts me... he is haunting me in my thoughts and in my new relationships.... I am so scared of letting any man get close to me... what intimacy I shared with you Imran - I am so scared of repeating the pattern I started with you, with Umair actually and then I ripped myself to shreds on your thorny cold shoulders... I made beautiful poetry through the pain, but only once my mangled heart deigned to heal. My vocabulary is now permanently dyed with your sweet, caressing words, your harsh, spurious blurbs... little one, enjoy, enjoy spending time with you, domi, that smile is making a permanent mark - when was the last time I smiled? I smile - and I also smile when I think of the things this love for you opened up in me... so what do I do? Sometimes you come across as so wei...
