Energy
Update: In the next few hours, we will be moving through our first
Partial Lunar Eclipse of the year + the Full Moon. The energies right
now are ripe for propelling us forward towards the greatest vision we
have for our lives. It's time to take action towards manifesting our
deepest & most authentic heart's desire. The key right now is to
pace ourselves & align with what brings us joy & fulfillment.
Our light body is also expanding & growing so it's important to be
super gentle with ourselves as we integrate with the shifts that come
with expansion into our physical experience. Sometimes when we expand it
can feel like we are being stretched a bit in all directions, so just
know it's all part of the process. By embracing all of our emotions
right now, we will allow ourselves to expand with more ease & grace.
