Get Off The Scale!
You are beautiful. Your beauty, just like your capacity for life,
happiness, and success, is immeasurable. Day after day, countless people
across the globe get on a scale in search of validation of beauty and
social acceptance.
Get off the scale! I have yet to see a scale
that can tell you how enchanting your eyes are. I have yet to see a
scale that can show you how wonderful your hair looks when the sun
shines its glorious rays on it. I have yet to see a scale that can thank
you for your compassion, sense of humor, and contagious smile. Get off
the scale because I have yet to see one that can admire you for your
perseverance when challenged in life.
It’s true, the scale can only give you a numerical reflection of your
relationship with gravity. That’s it. It cannot measure beauty, talent,
purpose, life force, possibility, strength, or love. Don’t give the
scale more power than it has earned. Take note of the number, then get
off the scale and live your life. You are beautiful!

Detachment
is a tool. Its not a life. We can only float away and witness our pain
body for so long before we have to come back down into the temple and
work with what lives inside of us. The grist for our healing and
spiritual transformation is not out there- its right here, in our
awakening hearts. If we really want to access "the power of now", we
have to first work through the "power of then". By clearing the
emotional field, by re-opening our armored hearts, by enlivening the
body temple, we experience real presence. Not as automatons watching our

Heavy traffic slows when converging upon a bottleneck, but is still flowing.
When walking in a large circular group of people, the key seems to be to keep moving even if in tiny steps.
A large crowd crushes upon a narrow gateway. Perhaps the best flow is
the inspiration to step off to the side and have fun while waiting for a
more opportune time to pass through the gate.

There
is a non-deletable file in everyone's mind, like a program in a
computer. In any given moment we can allow it to guide the system --
leading all thought, feelings, events and circumstances in the direction
of love. There are many names for this file, but one of them,
downloaded through prayer, is the thought, "May God's Will Be Done."
The
trouble with trying to bring Heaven to Earth is that everyone has
'ideas' about how its meant to be and how its not meant to be.
No
one is surrendering to the power of their higher selves in trying to
fight using the 'ego idealistic thoughts' and concepts about heaven's
reality and what its like.
This is not about 'ideas and concepts'
this is beyond that. This is about spirit coming through into matter.
Bringing the unconditional love and Christed self through- the angelic
self, and the ray of the master self. These energies are all parts of
our consciousness. But it is also not about condemning the darker
aspects to being thrown to the bottom of the pile, but rather that these
darker aspects of ourselves- the violent rage we feel, the negative
thoughts, the worrying distrust that somehow everything is not alright,
the idea or conceptualizing of murdering someone you don't like,
whatever your darkness is, it is about bringing them to the surface,
allowing them to be held in the divine light of your soul, so that they
may be transformed and transmuted. Your heart made of divine fire and

aspect of dis-ease and inharmonious relationship. No matter the darkness
it can all be transmuted, and you can change the programming of the

I was listening to you on another show and had a profound experience. I
had been feeling low and heavy for days, and a man I had recently had a
powerful but very brief relationship with kept coming up in my mind and
heart over and over. I couldn't understand it because I thought I was
done processing the relationship.

with a woman about a relationship she was concerned about, I was
suddenly hit with the realization that what I was trying to process
about this relationship wasn't even from this lifetime. And with that
awareness I instantly fell into deep grief without any resistance and

It is our purpose this morning to discuss with you your opening to
communications of these kinds. In your rising states of consciousness
it is becoming more and more common for you who think of yourselves as
lightworkers to discover that, in one form or another, you can become
the recipient of our thoughts. This is a wonderful occasion which we
enjoy quite as much as you do yourselves.
There is, however, a tendency to be so enthusiastic in the discovery
that the simple basics of personal protection are forgotten or left
unlearned. There will come a time in the near future when that is not a
problem, as negative energies and beings are just no longer a
possibility where you are living. Regrettably, however, this is not yet
the case.
Every reliable teacher of methods to begin these types of
communication includes information urging beginners to clear themselves
and their surroundings, and most are wise enough to urge their students
to always begin each session, or each day, by reaching at least as high
as the divine level of consciousness before allowing any communication
to take place.
We can tell you that far too many are either ignoring these
instructions, or lack any experience of having heard them. They are
being taken advantage of in all sorts of ways, up to and including
allowing other beings to control their precious bodies and minds.
As fewer and fewer of these lower or negative beings continue to
survive in the increasingly high frequencies of your surroundings, they
are becoming more and more, shall we say, desperate to hold on. Many of
your dear healers are being approached almost daily with these sorts of
problems.
Firstly, dear ones, drop your fear. There are no conditions or
problems which cannot be healed, cleared, changed. Seek the help of
those who know what to do.
But our point this day is to urge you as strongly as possible to, at
the very first sign that you are becoming telepathic, clairvoyant, or
clairaudient, and this will be happening soon for large numbers of you,
seek out that information which will keep you protected from negativity
and the influence of those you do not want to be influenced by.
At this time, we wish to inform you that the method which is of the
very most effectiveness is for you to begin by going, in meditation, to
the very highest source that you can imagine. Learn to find your way to
the even higher divine levels than our own. Go to the Creator of All.
It matters not by what name you call this being, this energy. Source,
Creator, Allah, Buddha, all will do, and other names as well. Reach the
level of love and consciousness that has created the All That Is. And
there learn to specify whom and what you wish to communicate with.
You are not participating in parlor games here. Your very soul can
be involved and that is a serious thing. But we do NOT want to scare
you with this. It is a wonderful thing and great gift you are being
given. But just as if it were a higher powered vehicle, which is what
it is we suppose, some caution and responsibility is in order.
If you are among those who are currently beginning to notice these
kinds of openings in yourselves, let us congratulate you and say that we
look forward to working with you in every way possible. Approaching
this in the proper way can be both enlightening and enjoyable. The joy
and love that awaits you will be, we promise, well worth the effort.

Get Off The Scale!
You are beautiful. Your beauty, just like your capacity for life,
happiness, and success, is immeasurable. Day after day, countless people
across the globe get on a scale in search of validation of beauty and
social acceptance.
Get off the scale! I have yet to see a scale
that can tell you how enchanting your eyes are. I have yet to see a
scale that can show you how wonderful your hair looks when the sun
shines its glorious rays on it. I have yet to see a scale that can thank
you for your compassion, sense of humor, and contagious smile. Get off
the scale because I have yet to see one that can admire you for your
perseverance when challenged in life.
It’s true, the scale can only give you a numerical reflection of your
relationship with gravity. That’s it. It cannot measure beauty, talent,
purpose, life force, possibility, strength, or love. Don’t give the
scale more power than it has earned. Take note of the number, then get

Detachment
is a tool. Its not a life. We can only float away and witness our pain
body for so long before we have to come back down into the temple and
work with what lives inside of us. The grist for our healing and
spiritual transformation is not out there- its right here, in our
awakening hearts. If we really want to access "the power of now", we
have to first work through the "power of then". By clearing the
emotional field, by re-opening our armored hearts, by enlivening the
body temple, we experience real presence. Not as automatons watching our

Heavy traffic slows when converging upon a bottleneck, but is still flowing.
When walking in a large circular group of people, the key seems to be to keep moving even if in tiny steps.

trouble with trying to bring Heaven to Earth is that everyone has
'ideas' about how its meant to be and how its not meant to be.
No
one is surrendering to the power of their higher selves in trying to
fight using the 'ego idealistic thoughts' and concepts about heaven's
reality and what its like.
This is not about 'ideas and concepts'
this is beyond that. This is about spirit coming through into matter.
Bringing the unconditional love and Christed self through- the angelic
self, and the ray of the master self. These energies are all parts of
our consciousness. But it is also not about condemning the darker
aspects to being thrown to the bottom of the pile, but rather that these
darker aspects of ourselves- the violent rage we feel, the negative
thoughts, the worrying distrust that somehow everything is not alright,
the idea or conceptualizing of murdering someone you don't like,
whatever your darkness is, it is about bringing them to the surface,
allowing them to be held in the divine light of your soul, so that they

aspect of dis-ease and inharmonious relationship. No matter the darkness
it can all be transmuted, and you can change the programming of the

I was listening to you on another show and had a profound experience. I
had been feeling low and heavy for days, and a man I had recently had a
powerful but very brief relationship with kept coming up in my mind and
heart over and over. I couldn't understand it because I thought I was
done processing the relationship.

suddenly hit with the realization that what I was trying to process
about this relationship wasn't even from this lifetime. And with that

It is our purpose this morning to discuss with you your opening to
communications of these kinds. In your rising states of consciousness
it is becoming more and more common for you who think of yourselves as
lightworkers to discover that, in one form or another, you can become
the recipient of our thoughts. This is a wonderful occasion which we
enjoy quite as much as you do yourselves.
There is, however, a tendency to be so enthusiastic in the discovery
that the simple basics of personal protection are forgotten or left
unlearned. There will come a time in the near future when that is not a
problem, as negative energies and beings are just no longer a
possibility where you are living. Regrettably, however, this is not yet
the case.
Every reliable teacher of methods to begin these types of
communication includes information urging beginners to clear themselves
and their surroundings, and most are wise enough to urge their students
to always begin each session, or each day, by reaching at least as high
as the divine level of consciousness before allowing any communication
to take place.
We can tell you that far too many are either ignoring these
instructions, or lack any experience of having heard them. They are
being taken advantage of in all sorts of ways, up to and including
allowing other beings to control their precious bodies and minds.
As fewer and fewer of these lower or negative beings continue to
survive in the increasingly high frequencies of your surroundings, they
are becoming more and more, shall we say, desperate to hold on. Many of
your dear healers are being approached almost daily with these sorts of
problems.
Firstly, dear ones, drop your fear. There are no conditions or
problems which cannot be healed, cleared, changed. Seek the help of
those who know what to do.
But our point this day is to urge you as strongly as possible to, at
the very first sign that you are becoming telepathic, clairvoyant, or
clairaudient, and this will be happening soon for large numbers of you,
seek out that information which will keep you protected from negativity
and the influence of those you do not want to be influenced by.
At this time, we wish to inform you that the method which is of the
very most effectiveness is for you to begin by going, in meditation, to
the very highest source that you can imagine. Learn to find your way to
the even higher divine levels than our own. Go to the Creator of All.
It matters not by what name you call this being, this energy. Source,
Creator, Allah, Buddha, all will do, and other names as well. Reach the
level of love and consciousness that has created the All That Is. And
there learn to specify whom and what you wish to communicate with.
You are not participating in parlor games here. Your very soul can
be involved and that is a serious thing. But we do NOT want to scare
you with this. It is a wonderful thing and great gift you are being
given. But just as if it were a higher powered vehicle, which is what
it is we suppose, some caution and responsibility is in order.
If you are among those who are currently beginning to notice these
kinds of openings in yourselves, let us congratulate you and say that we
look forward to working with you in every way possible. Approaching
this in the proper way can be both enlightening and enjoyable. The joy
and love that awaits you will be, we promise, well worth the effort.

The
trouble with trying to bring Heaven to Earth is that everyone has
'ideas' about how its meant to be and how its not meant to be.
No
one is surrendering to the power of their higher selves in trying to
fight using the 'ego idealistic thoughts' and concepts about heaven's
reality and what its like.
This is not about 'ideas and concepts'
this is beyond that. This is about spirit coming through into matter.
Bringing the unconditional love and Christed self through- the angelic
self, and the ray of the master self. These energies are all parts of
our consciousness. But it is also not about condemning the darker
aspects to being thrown to the bottom of the pile, but rather that these
darker aspects of ourselves- the violent rage we feel, the negative
thoughts, the worrying distrust that somehow everything is not alright,
the idea or conceptualizing of murdering someone you don't like,
whatever your darkness is, it is about bringing them to the surface,
allowing them to be held in the divine light of your soul, so that they

It is our purpose this morning to discuss with you your opening to communications of these kinds. In your rising states of consciousness it is becoming more and more common for you who think of yourselves as lightworkers to discover that, in one form or another, you can become the recipient of our thoughts. This is a wonderful occasion which we enjoy quite as much as you do yourselves.
There is, however, a tendency to be so enthusiastic in the discovery that the simple basics of personal protection are forgotten or left unlearned. There will come a time in the near future when that is not a problem, as negative energies and beings are just no longer a possibility where you are living. Regrettably, however, this is not yet the case.
Every reliable teacher of methods to begin these types of communication includes information urging beginners to clear themselves and their surroundings, and most are wise enough to urge their students to always begin each session, or each day, by reaching at least as high as the divine level of consciousness before allowing any communication to take place.
We can tell you that far too many are either ignoring these instructions, or lack any experience of having heard them. They are being taken advantage of in all sorts of ways, up to and including allowing other beings to control their precious bodies and minds.
As fewer and fewer of these lower or negative beings continue to survive in the increasingly high frequencies of your surroundings, they are becoming more and more, shall we say, desperate to hold on. Many of your dear healers are being approached almost daily with these sorts of problems.
Firstly, dear ones, drop your fear. There are no conditions or problems which cannot be healed, cleared, changed. Seek the help of those who know what to do.
But our point this day is to urge you as strongly as possible to, at the very first sign that you are becoming telepathic, clairvoyant, or clairaudient, and this will be happening soon for large numbers of you, seek out that information which will keep you protected from negativity and the influence of those you do not want to be influenced by.
At this time, we wish to inform you that the method which is of the very most effectiveness is for you to begin by going, in meditation, to the very highest source that you can imagine. Learn to find your way to the even higher divine levels than our own. Go to the Creator of All. It matters not by what name you call this being, this energy. Source, Creator, Allah, Buddha, all will do, and other names as well. Reach the level of love and consciousness that has created the All That Is. And there learn to specify whom and what you wish to communicate with.
You are not participating in parlor games here. Your very soul can be involved and that is a serious thing. But we do NOT want to scare you with this. It is a wonderful thing and great gift you are being given. But just as if it were a higher powered vehicle, which is what it is we suppose, some caution and responsibility is in order.
If you are among those who are currently beginning to notice these kinds of openings in yourselves, let us congratulate you and say that we look forward to working with you in every way possible. Approaching this in the proper way can be both enlightening and enjoyable. The joy and love that awaits you will be, we promise, well worth the effort. There are many, many who look forward to working with you.
Please do not be deterred by our words, but please also do not forget them.
