Your
desire to step back from the mass in order to find your own center is
giving you the space that you need and desire to extend and expand from
the center of you. The very center. We do not speak in metaphor here. We
literally mean the center point of your physical bodies.
Place
your attention there for a second. You will find it beneficial to put
your hand there, the very center part of your body. Trust you know where
this is, if your mind starts to wonder where this exact point is.
When you can focus on just this place for minutes a day – just minutes a
day – a few times a day, a profound transformation can start to take
place in your bodies and your consciousness. You will start to allow the

Know that you aren't alone. Nearly everyone I know whose had to start
over has expressed a sense of isolation. They feel completely alone and
abnormal, as though they are the only person who feels the way they do.
Some even feel that because of their misfortune, poor choices, or
punishment from a higher power, they are enduring unique hardships. It's
never true. Life is rife with challenges and change, no one is immune.
This isn't obvious because we all wear social masks and attempt to
conceal our pain, fears, sadness and disappointments. You are never
alone in starting over or feeling afraid. Many have come before you and
succeeded, they were made of the same stuff you are.
Some
of you have messaged me asking about number sequences. Spirit speaks to
us through signs and symbols including number sequences. I'm sharing
with you what these numbers mean to me... when you come across number

Take some time to just enjoy breathing. You are here. You can handle this moment. There is never anything else for you to do.
Breathe in pure, cleansing energy, exhale whatever you don't need. Make space.
Imagine a pool of pristine water atop a majestic mountain. It begins to
rain and the pool begins to rise. Soon it overflows and starts to pour
down the mountainsides. Invariably it is slowed by rocks, diverted by
fallen trees, and dammed up in places, yet in time it always finds its
way to the base.
You are this water and resting at the base of
the mountain are the deepest desires of your heart. You were made for
each other. You know this because only divinely intended desires can
exist inside your heart. You do not need to know HOW you will reach
them, just be willing to take the journey, the ways will appear.
When you show up as graceful, trusting in your Source, and persistent,
you become more powerful than anything you face. Delays are not denials,
obstacles are not endings, and life is on your side.

wanted to share this short-but-pretty message from Indriel, which I
received yesterday during a reading. It seems very applicable to what
many of us are experiencing. I hope you all find it as uplifting as I
do!
INDRIEL:
“You are a wanderer, dear Human. You go this way and that, forwards
and backwards, never knowing that with every step you take you come that
much closer to the very thing which you are seeking. And what is this
thing, you wonder? This exalted state of being? You claim to not be
altogether sure. But I ask you to think on it. Think clearly and
without the Ego’s interference and it’s tiresome obsession with everyday
trivialities. Ask it, “Step aside, please”, and thus it shall do so,
and with grace. You know quite well what you want. You know you seek
your purpose, your mission and the answer to life’s most profound and
elusive questions of who am I, why am I here, and from whence did I come?
Test the waters. Try on a new suit of clothes, and should the first
not fit, then try another. And another. And another. When the fit is
right you’ll know for sure, because this is when your heart takes
flight. You will know a rush of joy, of blessed peace, a moment or two
of intense connection and stunning synchronicity. Paradise. Nirvana.
The Holy Instant. Call it what you will. When you experience these
things it is a sure signal that you have arrived at your long-sought
destination. Remain there, indefinitely. Maintain that feeling. You
have fought hard and won, so therefore dwell in this place of peace
forever more, and then press forward to help others in their quest to
get there, too.
So you still feel lost? Oh, child, you are entirely on track! The
timing is merely different for everyone, so cherish yourself and let
God’s plan flow at it’s own Divine pace. Truly, I mislead you not. As
each new opportunity for change presents itself, ask of your heart the
following questions:
♥ Does this bring me closer to God? To feeling at peace? Complete?
♥ Do these tasks come naturally to me, or does it feel like a grueling, uphill climb?
♥ Do I love to do this thing, or am I in it exclusively for the abundant rewards? You may have both, Child, there is no shame in that.
♥ Does this work aid only me, or am I serving others in the process?
♥ Is this a soul crushing experience, or does it make my heart take flight?
And there you have it. It is not nearly as hard as you once thought,
would you not say? Listen to your inner guidance and you cannot fall
astray. Follow where your heart takes you and you will always end up
that much closer to God. Dear Lightbearer, that is the greatest place
of all to be!”

Greetings
dear ones. We come again to encourage and advise you regarding the
current state many of you find yourselves in. There are huge changes
taking place within the physical, emotional, and mental bodies of every
evolving individual. Old energy from eons of time that were and still
are stored within cellular memory is releasing. This process uses a lot
of energy, often leaving you feeling depleted and wondering if there is a
physical problem. Honor this process--on the days you feel depleted,
lay down and just rest if you can. Try to do less of the physical if you
must be at your job. This depletion will pass and often varies from day
to day.
This
is also a time when many are feeling anxious, confused, and concerned
regarding what their next step is to be. Do not try to figure this out.
You have been trained to plan and use the mind for a solution to every
situation. That is not the way it is to be in the future. You are
learning to let go of the need to know everything and instead to listen,
trusting your increasingly powerful intuition while not trying to
figure everything out with the mind. Mind in its purest sense, is an
avenue of awareness. If you have chosen ascension and are working to
understand the deeper truths, then all is proceeding according to plan
regardless of how it seems nothing is happening. You don't need to know
exactly what is coming for the world and for yourselves personally, for
it is still unfolding. Your job is to allow that by staying centered in
truth through meditation and practice while not getting energetically
involved in the negative appearances around you. The world is shifting
to a higher resonance and every bit of truth you know adds to it,
helping to bring about the shift.
When
you find you not longer enjoy certain foods in the amounts you used to,
then just don't eat them any longer--foods or amounts. If you discover
that those entertainments you always enjoyed no longer resonate with
you, then don't keep trying to revive them--for in most cases, they are
finished. Massive changes are taking place on all levels dear ones;
friends, family, likes, and dislikes, concepts and beliefs are all
finding a new place within your consciousness. The only error is in
trying to hold on to what is finished. "Go with the flow" as it is said,
honor your intuition, and do those things you are being guided to do in
each moment even if it means laying down doing nothing.
Mankind
has been taught to keep physically and mentally busy in every moment
which worked and was frequently necessary in many very physical past
lifetimes, but in the new energy "busyness" of mind and body can simply
be a distraction which at times can actually cause you to feel ill. A
constant barrage of noise through 24/7 use of phones, media, electronic
games etc. can be very off centering and discordant to the higher
frequencies and simply serves to hold you in the old. Release the hold
these things may have on you regardless of how much the world tells you
they are "must haves". We are not saying that you need to give up the
things or games you still enjoy, but we are saying that they need to
take their proper place through the realization that they are not a
necessity.
We
wish to speak today of energy which is a topic you have all have read or
heard about and often discuss yet many do not fully understand. Energy
is the vibration or essence of Divine Consciousness and is therefore the
substance of all that is and the connection binding all living things
which you call Love. Energy when interpreted by a consciousness that is
not very evolved and is filled with false concepts and beliefs will
appear and feel very dense and heavy. Energy appears lighter and lighter
as levels of awareness evolve and is pure Light in the higher
dimensions. A person's aura is the energy resonance they are manifesting
at a particular time. The colors making up an individual's aura are
facets of this pure light. The ever changing qualities of beliefs, past
life experiences, talents, health etc. are all reflected in this
diffusion of pure white light. An individual's state of consciousness
appears as their aura and is their personal energy field.
You
are often told to sent light to someone who having a hard time. This
means to see pure white or gold Light flowing to and surrounding them.
This will help to lift them into this higher, lighter frequency if they
allow it . Sometimes a person will refuse the Light and you will
experience this as a blocking of the flow. If this happens, you simply
give the Light to the person's Higher Self to be released when it will
be accepted.
Colors
are simply facets or qualities broken out from pure consciousness which
is seen as white. Many healing modalities teach you that one color is
for this, or another color is for that which is true because each color
has its own "job" so to speak, each a facet of that completeness that is
Divine Consciousness. However, when you send light to someone just send
pure white or gold light because Light is consciousness and It knows
far better than the human what the other person needs. If you are given a
certain color when doing this, then you are being guided to include
this ray when sending light. The violet flame of St. Germain carries the
energy of transmutation and is why you so often hear references to the
violet flame. The violet ray is a powerful energy you can use for
yourselves. Picture yourself standing in the violet temple standing in
the violet flame itself while holding the intention that it transmute
all that is old and finished into the new and higher.
Energy
is frequency and can be used or ms-used in the third dimension. You use
energy as electricity but it can kill. Some try and use energy for
selfish ends which is the essence of the dark arts. Right now you are
feeling the intensity of new and higher energies as they become the new
you. This is why you are experiencing buzzing noises in your head, ears
ringing, dizziness, heart flutterings and so many other odd physical
symptoms that would scare you if you did not understand what was
happening.
The
energy making up the whole you is changing in multitudinous ways you are
not even aware of and has never been done before while individuals
remained in their physical bodies. Because of this you are presenting a
whole new scenario to the many closely monitoring this process from
other planets. Try not to fear with regard to whatever you are
experiencing at this time dear ones, but simply allow the process to
unfold and do what you are guided to do even if or when it is nothing.
Please
know that if you are experiencing intense physical issues that concern
you, it is entirely appropriate for you to go to your doctor, but also
understand that often these issues will turn out to be your experience
of the release of old injuries, memories, vows, or anything from the
past or present intense enough to be stored in cellular or emotional
memory.
All is well dear ones, all is proceeding according to plan.
Beloved Ones,
As you move through your daily
lives, you are finding more evidence of subtle workings of the higher
dimensions all around you, as situations that were very touchy and
volatile seem to just melt away into peace and harmony. This is
happening both individually and collectively to all upon the Planet and
is most especially noticeable for each Lightworker as they are more
sensitive to the new energies that are coming in. Continue to allow the
effects of these energies to flow through you without resistance and all
will be well. Each of you is seeing that this is so and you are finding
that speaking your truth with courage and determination brings more
that is good into your life rather than the reverse as you and those
around you adjust your perceptions.
These effects will continue as you
purge from you thoughts that have been hidden and not looked at clearly
before. Your human selves have stored away these thoughts throughout
your lifetime and these thoughts have limited your ability to live to
your highest potential. Sometimes these thoughts have to be expressed
quite forcefully in order to free you of their effects. After this
occurs, ask the Violet Fire Angels to cleanse and transmute the words
that were spoken out into the atmosphere and transform that energy into
the pure white Light for the highest good of all. Ask also that what has
been released from within your being is immediately replaced with the pure white Light.
It is incumbent upon each Soul
upon the path of Ascension to daily monitor and become aware of their
thoughts, as you are now eliminating the weeds to allow new growth to
happen in your garden of life. Plant the seeds that will allow you to
grow and flourish in the newly ploughed field of the new Golden age that
has been awaiting your attention. Each thought you sow into the
collective field that is life enhancing will return to nourish you and
will magnify the good that is waiting for you. Each positive intention
you set will bring to you beneficial results that will surprise and
delight you. It is time to become the alchemists who turn the lead of
the past into the gold in your present.
As you become proficient in the
control of your thought processes, you will become excited about the
possibilities that each of you as co-creator with the Infinite One can
bring to your world. It starts first in your own personal life where you
learn to wield the powerful energy of your thoughts into pleasing
manifested form. This will delight and consume your days as you follow
your heart and your dreams. The joy of each experience will grow
exponentially stronger and as each of you learn to work your energy in a
new way the lives of those around you will also be uplifted. The
feelings of joy beget more of the same and it is this frequency which
lifts you to the higher dimensions.
Continue to be the peace makers
and ambassadors of the Light as you daily practice your new powers and
abilities. Be not concerned when old hidden thoughts find their way to
the surface for expression and voice. In the higher perspective, it is
all good. Be gentle and kind with yourselves for you are in the process
of a massive transformation of your entire being while being present in
your physical body and this is something that has never been attempted
before on any Planet. We see that it is all good and that it is bearing
fruit for each of you. Ask of us and you shall be given. The important
thing to remember is that you must ask.

feel energized or exhausted. I have to say that neither has meaning; it
simply is. I read something that said being energized means this...,
while being exhausted means this... This is limited thinking and keeps
you stuck in a box. Instead just observe how you feel without attaching
meaning to it, which is of the old. If there are old energies or beliefs
that come up during this time; just release them. Most important is to
just follow your energy. Rest if tired, eat when hungry and dance if
energized.
This Full Moon is carrying some powerful energy to
help wherever it is needed; it helps to do Ceremony to align and not
resist the energies.

How many times have you tried to make yourself wrong or align with limited perspective and it just feels "off" energetically?
Would you be willing to export all the information that you've encoded
into your bodies and energetic fields -- all the limited beliefs and

Now, let’s put all that information into a bonfire in the
middle of our connected beings. Look at it from infinite possibility, be
present with it. Allow it to fade, to be erased, to disappear and allow
all the trapped energy to return to the infinite possibility you can

You have mayhaps noticed a quickening in the atmosphere lately,
and that is no mistake. For now, the waterfall of energy that started to
pour into you all in the last weeks of last year has gained not only in
strength, but also in efficiency. Hence, the somewhat intensified
physical symptoms many of you experience at the moment. Again we remind
you that even if they at times seem to almost incapacitate you, they are
in fact only preparing you for what you have in store. And what you
have in store is nothing short of miraculous.
We know that this will sound as empty words to all those still
suffering from these last onslaughts, as you have a hard time even
wrapping your head around your everyday existence that may seem to be
more than a little hampered by these intense injections. But let us just
say that no matter how hard the going will be at times, you will never
ever get the chance to utter the words ”this was not worth it in the
end”. Because what you are heading for, will wash away any mishap,
hardship, pain and suffering you might have experienced during all of
this, and just like a mother holding her newborn in her arms for the
very first time, you will forget the arduous journey you had to go
through in order to achieve this, the birth of the new. For once you
experience that first breath completely immersed in the new world you
are all busily putting together by the help of all of these energetic
bursts, you will fall down on your knees in gratitude and bliss. And
then, the memory of the journey you have just completed will in some
ways fade away, because you cannot look back anymore. For what you have
in mind is the here and now, and as such, it is in many ways important
to sometimes stop and ponder a little bit about the process you are
currently in. For it will pass, and with it, much of what you have
deemed as being an important part of you will pass too. For now, many of
you identify so strongly with this process, with all of its ups and
downs, soaring heights of joy and bottomless pits of pain and despair.
But forget not that this is not why you are here. This is only the
transitional phase, and even if it seems endless and almost beyond
comprehension at times, this is not the state that will linger in your
consciousness once it is finished.
For then, you have finally stepped out of your old robe, and fully
stepped into your new garments of light. And with that comes a whole new
existence where all of the memories from this arduous journey no longer
have a place. For you are not here to relive all of these challenges,
both physical and emotional. You are here to live fully, and once you
have completed this task of constructing the new, you will be fully
immersed in living it. So therefore we say do not mistake this journey
for what you are here to do. Yes, you are the forerunners, and as such,
the ones that are making this turnaround possible, but that is only a
small part of your mission here. For you are here to savour the fruits
of all of this labour, and you will do so with all of your heart and all
of your body.
So again we say that know that these side effects from all of this
rebuilding work you are currently doing are only superficial and
temporary, and once you have gotten the last nail in place to put it
like that, you will be free to enjoy the outcome of it all. And then,
you will finally see the real you. The shining one, blessed in all ways
and free as the bird. For then, you will no longer have to carry the
shackles of the old, nor the burden of rebuilding, and then you will be
free to live fully, in the image of the true Source. So do not get
caught up in the aches and pains, the anger and frustration. For that is
not the real you, that is only the part that is making you the real
you. And soon, you will start to feel how that inner part of you will
start to emerge from this somewhat chafing and restricting cocoon. It
takes a little bit more labour of love before you can fully emerge from
this cocoon, but do not let that fool you into thinking that you will be
stuck in this rut forever. For just like the butterfly, you too will
have transformed completely once you emerge, and then the hard work that
made you will fall away, just like those dry shreds of the cocoon that
once hid the brilliant colours of the butterfly. And just like the
butterfly, you too will forget your former self, for then, you will no
longer be the humble caterpillar inching along on the ground. Then, you
will take to your wings and soar into the sky without a second thought.

NOW~
If we have been paying attention we can see that things repeat
themselves in cycles. Some call it Circular Time theory others Karma, I
see it as cycles that repeat in order
to teach us something or show us our discordance with a situation or
energy. How ever we look at it, the question still remains on HOW to
break these cycles, patterns, or karmas. Where do we look to act, or
what do we do to change and break free from an undesirable cycle? The
answer is right in the NOW. Right in that very moment when we notice it
happening. At that very moment in that NOW we can change the future
and break the cycle by changing our NOW reaction. When these old
patterns pop up do we find ourselves reacting in the same old manner, do
we hear those old records repeating things like, “This is just my luck”
or “ This kind of thing always happens to ME” or do we choose to stop
those records and look at it right NOW in a new way. Can we say instead,
“ Aha, a familiar pattern has returned to be observed and broken” or
“Wow, this looks familiar, here's my opportunity to change this right
NOW!” Our next question then is HOW or What do we DO right in that NOW
moment. The simplest answer and the best way to do this is to BE in
PEACE with the each moment and what ever it is bringing us. When we
look at as opportunity rather than just falling victim to the bashing of
the cycles we win. Be in Peace right NOW!!! ♥

timing is merely different for everyone, so cherish yourself and let
God’s plan flow at it’s own Divine pace. Truly, I mislead you not. As
each new opportunity for change presents itself, ask of your heart the
following questions:
♥ Does this bring me closer to God? To feeling at peace? Complete?
♥ Do these tasks come naturally to me, or does it feel like a grueling, uphill climb?
♥ Do I love to do this thing, or am I in it exclusively for the abundant rewards? You may have both, Child, there is no shame in that.
♥ Does this work aid only me, or am I serving others in the process?
♥ Is this a soul crushing experience, or does it make my heart take flight?
And there you have it. It is not nearly as hard as you once thought,
would you not say? Listen to your inner guidance and you cannot fall
astray. Follow where your heart takes you and you will always end up
that much closer to God. Dear Lightbearer, that is the greatest place

dear ones. We come again to encourage and advise you regarding the
current state many of you find yourselves in. There are huge changes
taking place within the physical, emotional, and mental bodies of every
evolving individual. Old energy from eons of time that were and still
are stored within cellular memory is releasing. This process uses a lot
of energy, often leaving you feeling depleted and wondering if there is a
physical problem. Honor this process--on the days you feel depleted,
lay down and just rest if you can. Try to do less of the physical if you
must be at your job. This depletion will pass and often varies from day
to day.
This
is also a time when many are feeling anxious, confused, and concerned
regarding what their next step is to be. Do not try to figure this out.
You have been trained to plan and use the mind for a solution to every
situation. That is not the way it is to be in the future. You are
learning to let go of the need to know everything and instead to listen,
trusting your increasingly powerful intuition while not trying to
figure everything out with the mind. Mind in its purest sense, is an
avenue of awareness. If you have chosen ascension and are working to
understand the deeper truths, then all is proceeding according to plan
regardless of how it seems nothing is happening. You don't need to know
exactly what is coming for the world and for yourselves personally, for
it is still unfolding. Your job is to allow that by staying centered in
truth through meditation and practice while not getting energetically
involved in the negative appearances around you. The world is shifting
to a higher resonance and every bit of truth you know adds to it,
helping to bring about the shift.
When
you find you not longer enjoy certain foods in the amounts you used to,
then just don't eat them any longer--foods or amounts. If you discover
that those entertainments you always enjoyed no longer resonate with
you, then don't keep trying to revive them--for in most cases, they are
finished. Massive changes are taking place on all levels dear ones;
friends, family, likes, and dislikes, concepts and beliefs are all
finding a new place within your consciousness. The only error is in
trying to hold on to what is finished. "Go with the flow" as it is said,
honor your intuition, and do those things you are being guided to do in
each moment even if it means laying down doing nothing.
Mankind
has been taught to keep physically and mentally busy in every moment
which worked and was frequently necessary in many very physical past
lifetimes, but in the new energy "busyness" of mind and body can simply
be a distraction which at times can actually cause you to feel ill. A
constant barrage of noise through 24/7 use of phones, media, electronic
games etc. can be very off centering and discordant to the higher
frequencies and simply serves to hold you in the old. Release the hold
these things may have on you regardless of how much the world tells you
they are "must haves". We are not saying that you need to give up the
things or games you still enjoy, but we are saying that they need to
take their proper place through the realization that they are not a
necessity.
We
wish to speak today of energy which is a topic you have all have read or
heard about and often discuss yet many do not fully understand. Energy
is the vibration or essence of Divine Consciousness and is therefore the
substance of all that is and the connection binding all living things
which you call Love. Energy when interpreted by a consciousness that is
not very evolved and is filled with false concepts and beliefs will
appear and feel very dense and heavy. Energy appears lighter and lighter
as levels of awareness evolve and is pure Light in the higher
dimensions. A person's aura is the energy resonance they are manifesting
at a particular time. The colors making up an individual's aura are
facets of this pure light. The ever changing qualities of beliefs, past
life experiences, talents, health etc. are all reflected in this
diffusion of pure white light. An individual's state of consciousness
appears as their aura and is their personal energy field.
You
are often told to sent light to someone who having a hard time. This
means to see pure white or gold Light flowing to and surrounding them.
This will help to lift them into this higher, lighter frequency if they
allow it . Sometimes a person will refuse the Light and you will
experience this as a blocking of the flow. If this happens, you simply
give the Light to the person's Higher Self to be released when it will
be accepted.
Colors
are simply facets or qualities broken out from pure consciousness which
is seen as white. Many healing modalities teach you that one color is
for this, or another color is for that which is true because each color
has its own "job" so to speak, each a facet of that completeness that is
Divine Consciousness. However, when you send light to someone just send
pure white or gold light because Light is consciousness and It knows
far better than the human what the other person needs. If you are given a
certain color when doing this, then you are being guided to include
this ray when sending light. The violet flame of St. Germain carries the
energy of transmutation and is why you so often hear references to the
violet flame. The violet ray is a powerful energy you can use for
yourselves. Picture yourself standing in the violet temple standing in
the violet flame itself while holding the intention that it transmute
all that is old and finished into the new and higher.
Energy
is frequency and can be used or ms-used in the third dimension. You use
energy as electricity but it can kill. Some try and use energy for
selfish ends which is the essence of the dark arts. Right now you are
feeling the intensity of new and higher energies as they become the new
you. This is why you are experiencing buzzing noises in your head, ears
ringing, dizziness, heart flutterings and so many other odd physical
symptoms that would scare you if you did not understand what was
happening.
The
energy making up the whole you is changing in multitudinous ways you are
not even aware of and has never been done before while individuals
remained in their physical bodies. Because of this you are presenting a
whole new scenario to the many closely monitoring this process from
other planets. Try not to fear with regard to whatever you are
experiencing at this time dear ones, but simply allow the process to
unfold and do what you are guided to do even if or when it is nothing.
Please
know that if you are experiencing intense physical issues that concern
you, it is entirely appropriate for you to go to your doctor, but also
understand that often these issues will turn out to be your experience
of the release of old injuries, memories, vows, or anything from the
past or present intense enough to be stored in cellular or emotional
memory.
All is well dear ones, all is proceeding according to plan.
Beloved Ones,
As you move through your daily
lives, you are finding more evidence of subtle workings of the higher
dimensions all around you, as situations that were very touchy and
volatile seem to just melt away into peace and harmony. This is
happening both individually and collectively to all upon the Planet and
is most especially noticeable for each Lightworker as they are more
sensitive to the new energies that are coming in. Continue to allow the
effects of these energies to flow through you without resistance and all
will be well. Each of you is seeing that this is so and you are finding
that speaking your truth with courage and determination brings more
that is good into your life rather than the reverse as you and those
around you adjust your perceptions.
These effects will continue as you
purge from you thoughts that have been hidden and not looked at clearly
before. Your human selves have stored away these thoughts throughout
your lifetime and these thoughts have limited your ability to live to
your highest potential. Sometimes these thoughts have to be expressed
quite forcefully in order to free you of their effects. After this
occurs, ask the Violet Fire Angels to cleanse and transmute the words
that were spoken out into the atmosphere and transform that energy into
the pure white Light for the highest good of all. Ask also that what has
been released from within your being is immediately replaced with the pure white Light.
It is incumbent upon each Soul
upon the path of Ascension to daily monitor and become aware of their
thoughts, as you are now eliminating the weeds to allow new growth to
happen in your garden of life. Plant the seeds that will allow you to
grow and flourish in the newly ploughed field of the new Golden age that
has been awaiting your attention. Each thought you sow into the
collective field that is life enhancing will return to nourish you and
will magnify the good that is waiting for you. Each positive intention
you set will bring to you beneficial results that will surprise and
delight you. It is time to become the alchemists who turn the lead of
the past into the gold in your present.
As you become proficient in the
control of your thought processes, you will become excited about the
possibilities that each of you as co-creator with the Infinite One can
bring to your world. It starts first in your own personal life where you
learn to wield the powerful energy of your thoughts into pleasing
manifested form. This will delight and consume your days as you follow
your heart and your dreams. The joy of each experience will grow
exponentially stronger and as each of you learn to work your energy in a
new way the lives of those around you will also be uplifted. The
feelings of joy beget more of the same and it is this frequency which
lifts you to the higher dimensions.
Continue to be the peace makers
and ambassadors of the Light as you daily practice your new powers and
abilities. Be not concerned when old hidden thoughts find their way to
the surface for expression and voice. In the higher perspective, it is
all good. Be gentle and kind with yourselves for you are in the process
of a massive transformation of your entire being while being present in
your physical body and this is something that has never been attempted
before on any Planet. We see that it is all good and that it is bearing
fruit for each of you. Ask of us and you shall be given. The important
thing to remember is that you must ask.

simply is. I read something that said being energized means this...,
while being exhausted means this... This is limited thinking and keeps
you stuck in a box. Instead just observe how you feel without attaching
meaning to it, which is of the old. If there are old energies or beliefs
that come up during this time; just release them. Most important is to
just follow your energy. Rest if tired, eat when hungry and dance if
energized.

middle of our connected beings. Look at it from infinite possibility, be
present with it. Allow it to fade, to be erased, to disappear and allow
all the trapped energy to return to the infinite possibility you can

You have mayhaps noticed a quickening in the atmosphere lately,
and that is no mistake. For now, the waterfall of energy that started to
pour into you all in the last weeks of last year has gained not only in
strength, but also in efficiency. Hence, the somewhat intensified
physical symptoms many of you experience at the moment. Again we remind
you that even if they at times seem to almost incapacitate you, they are
in fact only preparing you for what you have in store. And what you
have in store is nothing short of miraculous.
We know that this will sound as empty words to all those still
suffering from these last onslaughts, as you have a hard time even
wrapping your head around your everyday existence that may seem to be
more than a little hampered by these intense injections. But let us just
say that no matter how hard the going will be at times, you will never
ever get the chance to utter the words ”this was not worth it in the
end”. Because what you are heading for, will wash away any mishap,
hardship, pain and suffering you might have experienced during all of
this, and just like a mother holding her newborn in her arms for the
very first time, you will forget the arduous journey you had to go
through in order to achieve this, the birth of the new. For once you
experience that first breath completely immersed in the new world you
are all busily putting together by the help of all of these energetic
bursts, you will fall down on your knees in gratitude and bliss. And
then, the memory of the journey you have just completed will in some
ways fade away, because you cannot look back anymore. For what you have
in mind is the here and now, and as such, it is in many ways important
to sometimes stop and ponder a little bit about the process you are
currently in. For it will pass, and with it, much of what you have
deemed as being an important part of you will pass too. For now, many of
you identify so strongly with this process, with all of its ups and
downs, soaring heights of joy and bottomless pits of pain and despair.
But forget not that this is not why you are here. This is only the
transitional phase, and even if it seems endless and almost beyond
comprehension at times, this is not the state that will linger in your
consciousness once it is finished.
For then, you have finally stepped out of your old robe, and fully
stepped into your new garments of light. And with that comes a whole new
existence where all of the memories from this arduous journey no longer
have a place. For you are not here to relive all of these challenges,
both physical and emotional. You are here to live fully, and once you
have completed this task of constructing the new, you will be fully
immersed in living it. So therefore we say do not mistake this journey
for what you are here to do. Yes, you are the forerunners, and as such,
the ones that are making this turnaround possible, but that is only a
small part of your mission here. For you are here to savour the fruits
of all of this labour, and you will do so with all of your heart and all
of your body.
So again we say that know that these side effects from all of this
rebuilding work you are currently doing are only superficial and
temporary, and once you have gotten the last nail in place to put it
like that, you will be free to enjoy the outcome of it all. And then,
you will finally see the real you. The shining one, blessed in all ways
and free as the bird. For then, you will no longer have to carry the
shackles of the old, nor the burden of rebuilding, and then you will be
free to live fully, in the image of the true Source. So do not get
caught up in the aches and pains, the anger and frustration. For that is
not the real you, that is only the part that is making you the real
you. And soon, you will start to feel how that inner part of you will
start to emerge from this somewhat chafing and restricting cocoon. It
takes a little bit more labour of love before you can fully emerge from
this cocoon, but do not let that fool you into thinking that you will be
stuck in this rut forever. For just like the butterfly, you too will
have transformed completely once you emerge, and then the hard work that
made you will fall away, just like those dry shreds of the cocoon that
once hid the brilliant colours of the butterfly. And just like the
butterfly, you too will forget your former self, for then, you will no
longer be the humble caterpillar inching along on the ground. Then, you
will take to your wings and soar into the sky without a second thought.

NOW~
If we have been paying attention we can see that things repeat
themselves in cycles. Some call it Circular Time theory others Karma, I
see it as cycles that repeat in order
to teach us something or show us our discordance with a situation or
energy. How ever we look at it, the question still remains on HOW to
break these cycles, patterns, or karmas. Where do we look to act, or
what do we do to change and break free from an undesirable cycle? The
answer is right in the NOW. Right in that very moment when we notice it
happening. At that very moment in that NOW we can change the future
and break the cycle by changing our NOW reaction. When these old
patterns pop up do we find ourselves reacting in the same old manner, do
we hear those old records repeating things like, “This is just my luck”
or “ This kind of thing always happens to ME” or do we choose to stop
those records and look at it right NOW in a new way. Can we say instead,
“ Aha, a familiar pattern has returned to be observed and broken” or
“Wow, this looks familiar, here's my opportunity to change this right
NOW!” Our next question then is HOW or What do we DO right in that NOW
moment. The simplest answer and the best way to do this is to BE in
PEACE with the each moment and what ever it is bringing us. When we
look at as opportunity rather than just falling victim to the bashing of
the cycles we win. Be in Peace right NOW!!! ♥

Tonight, be fluid.
Take some time to just enjoy breathing. You are here. You can handle this moment. There is never anything else for you to do.
Breathe in pure, cleansing energy, exhale whatever you don't need. Make space.
Imagine a pool of pristine water atop a majestic mountain. It begins to
rain and the pool begins to rise. Soon it overflows and starts to pour
down the mountainsides. Invariably it is slowed by rocks, diverted by
fallen trees, and dammed up in places, yet in time it always finds its
way to the base.
You are this water and resting at the base of
the mountain are the deepest desires of your heart. You were made for
each other. You know this because only divinely intended desires can
exist inside your heart. You do not need to know HOW you will reach
them, just be willing to take the journey, the ways will appear.
When you show up as graceful, trusting in your Source, and persistent,
you become more powerful than anything you face. Delays are not denials,
obstacles are not endings, and life is on your side.

wanted to share this short-but-pretty message from Indriel, which I
received yesterday during a reading. It seems very applicable to what
many of us are experiencing. I hope you all find it as uplifting as I
do!
INDRIEL:
“You are a wanderer, dear Human. You go this way and that, forwards
and backwards, never knowing that with every step you take you come that
much closer to the very thing which you are seeking. And what is this
thing, you wonder? This exalted state of being? You claim to not be
altogether sure. But I ask you to think on it. Think clearly and
without the Ego’s interference and it’s tiresome obsession with everyday
trivialities. Ask it, “Step aside, please”, and thus it shall do so,
and with grace. You know quite well what you want. You know you seek
your purpose, your mission and the answer to life’s most profound and
elusive questions of who am I, why am I here, and from whence did I come?
Test the waters. Try on a new suit of clothes, and should the first
not fit, then try another. And another. And another. When the fit is
right you’ll know for sure, because this is when your heart takes
flight. You will know a rush of joy, of blessed peace, a moment or two
of intense connection and stunning synchronicity. Paradise. Nirvana.
The Holy Instant. Call it what you will. When you experience these
things it is a sure signal that you have arrived at your long-sought
destination. Remain there, indefinitely. Maintain that feeling. You
have fought hard and won, so therefore dwell in this place of peace
forever more, and then press forward to help others in their quest to
get there, too.

When
you find you not longer enjoy certain foods in the amounts you used to,

you, then don't keep trying to revive them--for in most cases, they are
finished. Massive changes are taking place on all levels dear ones;
friends, family, likes, and dislikes, concepts and beliefs are all
finding a new place within your consciousness. The only error is in
trying to hold on to what is finished. "Go with the flow" as it is said,
honor your intuition, and do those things you are being guided to do in
each moment even if it means laying down doing nothing.
Mankind
has been taught to keep physically and mentally busy in every moment
which worked and was frequently necessary in many very physical past
lifetimes, but in the new energy "busyness" of mind and body can simply
be a distraction which at times can actually cause you to feel ill. A
constant barrage of noise through 24/7 use of phones, media, electronic
games etc. can be very off centering and discordant to the higher
frequencies and simply serves to hold you in the old. Release the hold
these things may have on you regardless of how much the world tells you
they are "must haves". We are not saying that you need to give up the
things or games you still enjoy, but we are saying that they need to
take their proper place through the realization that they are not a
necessity.
We
wish to speak today of energy which is a topic you have all have read or
heard about and often discuss yet many do not fully understand. Energy
is the vibration or essence of Divine Consciousness and is therefore the
substance of all that is and the connection binding all living things
which you call Love. Energy when interpreted by a consciousness that is
not very evolved and is filled with false concepts and beliefs will
appear and feel very dense and heavy. Energy appears lighter and lighter
as levels of awareness evolve and is pure Light in the higher
dimensions. A person's aura is the energy resonance they are manifesting
at a particular time. The colors making up an individual's aura are
facets of this pure light. The ever changing qualities of beliefs, past
life experiences, talents, health etc. are all reflected in this
diffusion of pure white light. An individual's state of consciousness
appears as their aura and is their personal energy field.
You
are often told to sent light to someone who having a hard time. This
means to see pure white or gold Light flowing to and surrounding them.
This will help to lift them into this higher, lighter frequency if they
allow it . Sometimes a person will refuse the Light and you will
experience this as a blocking of the flow. If this happens, you simply
give the Light to the person's Higher Self to be released when it will
be accepted.
Colors
are simply facets or qualities broken out from pure consciousness which
is seen as white. Many healing modalities teach you that one color is
for this, or another color is for that which is true because each color
has its own "job" so to speak, each a facet of that completeness that is
Divine Consciousness. However, when you send light to someone just send
pure white or gold light because Light is consciousness and It knows
far better than the human what the other person needs. If you are given a
certain color when doing this, then you are being guided to include
this ray when sending light. The violet flame of St. Germain carries the
energy of transmutation and is why you so often hear references to the
violet flame. The violet ray is a powerful energy you can use for
yourselves. Picture yourself standing in the violet temple standing in
the violet flame itself while holding the intention that it transmute
all that is old and finished into the new and higher.

energy as electricity but it can kill. Some try and use energy for
selfish ends which is the essence of the dark arts. Right now you are
feeling the intensity of new and higher energies as they become the new
you. This is why you are experiencing buzzing noises in your head, ears
ringing, dizziness, heart flutterings and so many other odd physical
symptoms that would scare you if you did not understand what was
happening.
The
energy making up the whole you is changing in multitudinous ways you are
not even aware of and has never been done before while individuals
remained in their physical bodies. Because of this you are presenting a
whole new scenario to the many closely monitoring this process from
other planets. Try not to fear with regard to whatever you are
experiencing at this time dear ones, but simply allow the process to
unfold and do what you are guided to do even if or when it is nothing.

understand that often these issues will turn out to be your experience
of the release of old injuries, memories, vows, or anything from the
past or present intense enough to be stored in cellular or emotional

lives, you are finding more evidence of subtle workings of the higher
dimensions all around you, as situations that were very touchy and

sensitive to the new energies that are coming in. Continue to allow the

quite forcefully in order to free you of their effects. After this
occurs, ask the Violet Fire Angels to cleanse and transmute the words
that were spoken out into the atmosphere and transform that energy into
the pure white Light for the highest good of all. Ask also that what has
been released from within your being is immediately replaced with the pure white Light.
It is incumbent upon each Soul
upon the path of Ascension to daily monitor and become aware of their
thoughts, as you are now eliminating the weeds to allow new growth to
happen in your garden of life. Plant the seeds that will allow you to
grow and flourish in the newly ploughed field of the new Golden age that
has been awaiting your attention. Each thought you sow into the
collective field that is life enhancing will return to nourish you and
will magnify the good that is waiting for you. Each positive intention
you set will bring to you beneficial results that will surprise and
delight you. It is time to become the alchemists who turn the lead of
the past into the gold in your present.
As you become proficient in the
control of your thought processes, you will become excited about the
possibilities that each of you as co-creator with the Infinite One can
bring to your world. It starts first in your own personal life where you
learn to wield the powerful energy of your thoughts into pleasing
manifested form. This will delight and consume your days as you follow
your heart and your dreams. The joy of each experience will grow
exponentially stronger and as each of you learn to work your energy in a
new way the lives of those around you will also be uplifted. The
feelings of joy beget more of the same and it is this frequency which
lifts you to the higher dimensions.
Continue to be the peace makers
and ambassadors of the Light as you daily practice your new powers and
abilities. Be not concerned when old hidden thoughts find their way to
the surface for expression and voice. In the higher perspective, it is
all good. Be gentle and kind with yourselves for you are in the process
of a massive transformation of your entire being while being present in
your physical body and this is something that has never been attempted
before on any Planet. We see that it is all good and that it is bearing
fruit for each of you. Ask of us and you shall be given. The important
thing to remember is that you must ask.

You have mayhaps noticed a quickening in the atmosphere lately,
and that is no mistake. For now, the waterfall of energy that started to
pour into you all in the last weeks of last year has gained not only in
strength, but also in efficiency. Hence, the somewhat intensified
physical symptoms many of you experience at the moment. Again we remind
you that even if they at times seem to almost incapacitate you, they are
in fact only preparing you for what you have in store. And what you
have in store is nothing short of miraculous.
We know that this will sound as empty words to all those still
suffering from these last onslaughts, as you have a hard time even
wrapping your head around your everyday existence that may seem to be
more than a little hampered by these intense injections. But let us just
say that no matter how hard the going will be at times, you will never
ever get the chance to utter the words ”this was not worth it in the
end”. Because what you are heading for, will wash away any mishap,
hardship, pain and suffering you might have experienced during all of
this, and just like a mother holding her newborn in her arms for the
very first time, you will forget the arduous journey you had to go
through in order to achieve this, the birth of the new. For once you
experience that first breath completely immersed in the new world you
are all busily putting together by the help of all of these energetic
bursts, you will fall down on your knees in gratitude and bliss. And
then, the memory of the journey you have just completed will in some
ways fade away, because you cannot look back anymore. For what you have
in mind is the here and now, and as such, it is in many ways important
to sometimes stop and ponder a little bit about the process you are
currently in. For it will pass, and with it, much of what you have
deemed as being an important part of you will pass too. For now, many of
you identify so strongly with this process, with all of its ups and
downs, soaring heights of joy and bottomless pits of pain and despair.
But forget not that this is not why you are here. This is only the
transitional phase, and even if it seems endless and almost beyond
comprehension at times, this is not the state that will linger in your
consciousness once it is finished.
For then, you have finally stepped out of your old robe, and fully
stepped into your new garments of light. And with that comes a whole new
existence where all of the memories from this arduous journey no longer
have a place. For you are not here to relive all of these challenges,
both physical and emotional. You are here to live fully, and once you
have completed this task of constructing the new, you will be fully
immersed in living it. So therefore we say do not mistake this journey
for what you are here to do. Yes, you are the forerunners, and as such,
the ones that are making this turnaround possible, but that is only a
small part of your mission here. For you are here to savour the fruits
of all of this labour, and you will do so with all of your heart and all
of your body.
So again we say that know that these side effects from all of this
rebuilding work you are currently doing are only superficial and
temporary, and once you have gotten the last nail in place to put it
like that, you will be free to enjoy the outcome of it all. And then,
you will finally see the real you. The shining one, blessed in all ways
and free as the bird. For then, you will no longer have to carry the
shackles of the old, nor the burden of rebuilding, and then you will be
free to live fully, in the image of the true Source. So do not get
caught up in the aches and pains, the anger and frustration. For that is
not the real you, that is only the part that is making you the real
you. And soon, you will start to feel how that inner part of you will
start to emerge from this somewhat chafing and restricting cocoon. It
takes a little bit more labour of love before you can fully emerge from
this cocoon, but do not let that fool you into thinking that you will be
stuck in this rut forever. For just like the butterfly, you too will
have transformed completely once you emerge, and then the hard work that
made you will fall away, just like those dry shreds of the cocoon that
once hid the brilliant colours of the butterfly. And just like the
butterfly, you too will forget your former self, for then, you will no
longer be the humble caterpillar inching along on the ground. Then, you
will take to your wings and soar into the sky without a second thought.

If we have been paying attention we can see that things repeat
themselves in cycles. Some call it Circular Time theory others Karma, I
see it as cycles that repeat in order
to teach us something or show us our discordance with a situation or
energy. How ever we look at it, the question still remains on HOW to
break these cycles, patterns, or karmas. Where do we look to act, or
what do we do to change and break free from an undesirable cycle? The
answer is right in the NOW. Right in that very moment when we notice it
happening. At that very moment in that NOW we can change the future
and break the cycle by changing our NOW reaction. When these old
patterns pop up do we find ourselves reacting in the same old manner, do
we hear those old records repeating things like, “This is just my luck”
or “ This kind of thing always happens to ME” or do we choose to stop
those records and look at it right NOW in a new way. Can we say instead,
“ Aha, a familiar pattern has returned to be observed and broken” or
“Wow, this looks familiar, here's my opportunity to change this right
NOW!” Our next question then is HOW or What do we DO right in that NOW
moment. The simplest answer and the best way to do this is to BE in
PEACE with the each moment and what ever it is bringing us. When we
look at as opportunity rather than just falling victim to the bashing of
the cycles we win. Be in Peace right NOW!!! ♥

I wanted to share this short-but-pretty message from Indriel, which I received yesterday during a reading. It seems very applicable to what many of us are experiencing. I hope you all find it as uplifting as I do!
INDRIEL:
“You are a wanderer, dear Human. You go this way and that, forwards and backwards, never knowing that with every step you take you come that much closer to the very thing which you are seeking. And what is this thing, you wonder? This exalted state of being? You claim to not be altogether sure. But I ask you to think on it. Think clearly and without the Ego’s interference and it’s tiresome obsession with everyday trivialities. Ask it, “Step aside, please”, and thus it shall do so, and with grace. You know quite well what you want. You know you seek your purpose, your mission and the answer to life’s most profound and elusive questions of who am I, why am I here, and from whence did I come?
Test the waters. Try on a new suit of clothes, and should the first not fit, then try another. And another. And another. When the fit is right you’ll know for sure, because this is when your heart takes flight. You will know a rush of joy, of blessed peace, a moment or two of intense connection and stunning synchronicity. Paradise. Nirvana. The Holy Instant. Call it what you will. When you experience these things it is a sure signal that you have arrived at your long-sought destination. Remain there, indefinitely. Maintain that feeling. You have fought hard and won, so therefore dwell in this place of peace forever more, and then press forward to help others in their quest to get there, too.
So you still feel lost? Oh, child, you are entirely on track! The timing is merely different for everyone, so cherish yourself and let God’s plan flow at it’s own Divine pace. Truly, I mislead you not. As each new opportunity for change presents itself, ask of your heart the following questions:
♥ Does this bring me closer to God? To feeling at peace? Complete?
♥ Do these tasks come naturally to me, or does it feel like a grueling, uphill climb?
♥ Do I love to do this thing, or am I in it exclusively for the abundant rewards? You may have both, Child, there is no shame in that.
♥ Does this work aid only me, or am I serving others in the process?
♥ Is this a soul crushing experience, or does it make my heart take flight?
And there you have it. It is not nearly as hard as you once thought, would you not say? Listen to your inner guidance and you cannot fall astray. Follow where your heart takes you and you will always end up that much closer to God. Dear Lightbearer, that is the greatest place of all to be!”

current state many of you find yourselves in. There are huge changes
taking place within the physical, emotional, and mental bodies of every
evolving individual. Old energy from eons of time that were and still

of energy, often leaving you feeling depleted and wondering if there is a
physical problem. Honor this process--on the days you feel depleted,
lay down and just rest if you can. Try to do less of the physical if you
must be at your job. This depletion will pass and often varies from day

regarding what their next step is to be. Do not try to figure this out.
You have been trained to plan and use the mind for a solution to every
situation. That is not the way it is to be in the future. You are
learning to let go of the need to know everything and instead to listen,

figure everything out with the mind. Mind in its purest sense, is an
avenue of awareness. If you have chosen ascension and are working to
understand the deeper truths, then all is proceeding according to plan

it is still unfolding. Your job is to allow that by staying centered in

How many times have you tried to make yourself wrong or align with limited perspective and it just feels "off" energetically?
Would you be willing to export all the information that you've encoded
into your bodies and energetic fields -- all the limited beliefs and

middle of our connected beings. Look at it from infinite possibility, be

You have mayhaps noticed a quickening in the atmosphere lately,
and that is no mistake. For now, the waterfall of energy that started to
pour into you all in the last weeks of last year has gained not only in
strength, but also in efficiency. Hence, the somewhat intensified
physical symptoms many of you experience at the moment. Again we remind
you that even if they at times seem to almost incapacitate you, they are
in fact only preparing you for what you have in store. And what you
have in store is nothing short of miraculous.
We know that this will sound as empty words to all those still
suffering from these last onslaughts, as you have a hard time even
wrapping your head around your everyday existence that may seem to be
more than a little hampered by these intense injections. But let us just
say that no matter how hard the going will be at times, you will never
ever get the chance to utter the words ”this was not worth it in the
end”. Because what you are heading for, will wash away any mishap,
hardship, pain and suffering you might have experienced during all of
this, and just like a mother holding her newborn in her arms for the
very first time, you will forget the arduous journey you had to go
through in order to achieve this, the birth of the new. For once you
experience that first breath completely immersed in the new world you
are all busily putting together by the help of all of these energetic
bursts, you will fall down on your knees in gratitude and bliss. And
then, the memory of the journey you have just completed will in some
ways fade away, because you cannot look back anymore. For what you have
in mind is the here and now, and as such, it is in many ways important
to sometimes stop and ponder a little bit about the process you are
currently in. For it will pass, and with it, much of what you have
deemed as being an important part of you will pass too. For now, many of
you identify so strongly with this process, with all of its ups and
downs, soaring heights of joy and bottomless pits of pain and despair.
But forget not that this is not why you are here. This is only the
transitional phase, and even if it seems endless and almost beyond
comprehension at times, this is not the state that will linger in your
consciousness once it is finished.
For then, you have finally stepped out of your old robe, and fully
stepped into your new garments of light. And with that comes a whole new
existence where all of the memories from this arduous journey no longer
have a place. For you are not here to relive all of these challenges,
both physical and emotional. You are here to live fully, and once you
have completed this task of constructing the new, you will be fully
immersed in living it. So therefore we say do not mistake this journey
for what you are here to do. Yes, you are the forerunners, and as such,
the ones that are making this turnaround possible, but that is only a
small part of your mission here. For you are here to savour the fruits
of all of this labour, and you will do so with all of your heart and all
of your body.
So again we say that know that these side effects from all of this
rebuilding work you are currently doing are only superficial and
temporary, and once you have gotten the last nail in place to put it
like that, you will be free to enjoy the outcome of it all. And then,
you will finally see the real you. The shining one, blessed in all ways
and free as the bird. For then, you will no longer have to carry the
shackles of the old, nor the burden of rebuilding, and then you will be
free to live fully, in the image of the true Source. So do not get
caught up in the aches and pains, the anger and frustration. For that is
not the real you, that is only the part that is making you the real
you. And soon, you will start to feel how that inner part of you will
start to emerge from this somewhat chafing and restricting cocoon. It
takes a little bit more labour of love before you can fully emerge from
this cocoon, but do not let that fool you into thinking that you will be
stuck in this rut forever. For just like the butterfly, you too will
have transformed completely once you emerge, and then the hard work that
made you will fall away, just like those dry shreds of the cocoon that
once hid the brilliant colours of the butterfly. And just like the
butterfly, you too will forget your former self, for then, you will no
longer be the humble caterpillar inching along on the ground. Then, you
will take to your wings and soar into the sky without a second thought.

NOW~
If we have been paying attention we can see that things repeat
themselves in cycles. Some call it Circular Time theory others Karma, I
see it as cycles that repeat in order
to teach us something or show us our discordance with a situation or
energy. How ever we look at it, the question still remains on HOW to
break these cycles, patterns, or karmas. Where do we look to act, or
what do we do to change and break free from an undesirable cycle? The
answer is right in the NOW. Right in that very moment when we notice it
happening. At that very moment in that NOW we can change the future
and break the cycle by changing our NOW reaction. When these old
patterns pop up do we find ourselves reacting in the same old manner, do
we hear those old records repeating things like, “This is just my luck”
or “ This kind of thing always happens to ME” or do we choose to stop
those records and look at it right NOW in a new way. Can we say instead,
“ Aha, a familiar pattern has returned to be observed and broken” or
“Wow, this looks familiar, here's my opportunity to change this right
NOW!” Our next question then is HOW or What do we DO right in that NOW
moment. The simplest answer and the best way to do this is to BE in
PEACE with the each moment and what ever it is bringing us. When we
look at as opportunity rather than just falling victim to the bashing of
the cycles we win. Be in Peace right NOW!!! ♥

dear ones. We come again to encourage and advise you regarding the
current state many of you find yourselves in. There are huge changes
taking place within the physical, emotional, and mental bodies of every
evolving individual. Old energy from eons of time that were and still
are stored within cellular memory is releasing. This process uses a lot
of energy, often leaving you feeling depleted and wondering if there is a
physical problem. Honor this process--on the days you feel depleted,
lay down and just rest if you can. Try to do less of the physical if you
must be at your job. This depletion will pass and often varies from day
to day.
This
is also a time when many are feeling anxious, confused, and concerned
regarding what their next step is to be. Do not try to figure this out.
You have been trained to plan and use the mind for a solution to every
situation. That is not the way it is to be in the future. You are
learning to let go of the need to know everything and instead to listen,
trusting your increasingly powerful intuition while not trying to
figure everything out with the mind. Mind in its purest sense, is an
avenue of awareness. If you have chosen ascension and are working to
understand the deeper truths, then all is proceeding according to plan
regardless of how it seems nothing is happening. You don't need to know
exactly what is coming for the world and for yourselves personally, for
it is still unfolding. Your job is to allow that by staying centered in
truth through meditation and practice while not getting energetically
involved in the negative appearances around you. The world is shifting
to a higher resonance and every bit of truth you know adds to it,
helping to bring about the shift.
When
you find you not longer enjoy certain foods in the amounts you used to,
then just don't eat them any longer--foods or amounts. If you discover
that those entertainments you always enjoyed no longer resonate with
you, then don't keep trying to revive them--for in most cases, they are
finished. Massive changes are taking place on all levels dear ones;
friends, family, likes, and dislikes, concepts and beliefs are all
finding a new place within your consciousness. The only error is in
trying to hold on to what is finished. "Go with the flow" as it is said,
honor your intuition, and do those things you are being guided to do in
each moment even if it means laying down doing nothing.
Mankind
has been taught to keep physically and mentally busy in every moment
which worked and was frequently necessary in many very physical past
lifetimes, but in the new energy "busyness" of mind and body can simply
be a distraction which at times can actually cause you to feel ill. A
constant barrage of noise through 24/7 use of phones, media, electronic
games etc. can be very off centering and discordant to the higher
frequencies and simply serves to hold you in the old. Release the hold
these things may have on you regardless of how much the world tells you
they are "must haves". We are not saying that you need to give up the
things or games you still enjoy, but we are saying that they need to
take their proper place through the realization that they are not a
necessity.
We
wish to speak today of energy which is a topic you have all have read or
heard about and often discuss yet many do not fully understand. Energy
is the vibration or essence of Divine Consciousness and is therefore the
substance of all that is and the connection binding all living things
which you call Love. Energy when interpreted by a consciousness that is
not very evolved and is filled with false concepts and beliefs will
appear and feel very dense and heavy. Energy appears lighter and lighter
as levels of awareness evolve and is pure Light in the higher
dimensions. A person's aura is the energy resonance they are manifesting
at a particular time. The colors making up an individual's aura are
facets of this pure light. The ever changing qualities of beliefs, past
life experiences, talents, health etc. are all reflected in this
diffusion of pure white light. An individual's state of consciousness
appears as their aura and is their personal energy field.
You
are often told to sent light to someone who having a hard time. This
means to see pure white or gold Light flowing to and surrounding them.
This will help to lift them into this higher, lighter frequency if they
allow it . Sometimes a person will refuse the Light and you will
experience this as a blocking of the flow. If this happens, you simply
give the Light to the person's Higher Self to be released when it will
be accepted.
Colors
are simply facets or qualities broken out from pure consciousness which
is seen as white. Many healing modalities teach you that one color is
for this, or another color is for that which is true because each color
has its own "job" so to speak, each a facet of that completeness that is
Divine Consciousness. However, when you send light to someone just send
pure white or gold light because Light is consciousness and It knows
far better than the human what the other person needs. If you are given a
certain color when doing this, then you are being guided to include
this ray when sending light. The violet flame of St. Germain carries the
energy of transmutation and is why you so often hear references to the
violet flame. The violet ray is a powerful energy you can use for
yourselves. Picture yourself standing in the violet temple standing in
the violet flame itself while holding the intention that it transmute
all that is old and finished into the new and higher.
Energy
is frequency and can be used or ms-used in the third dimension. You use
energy as electricity but it can kill. Some try and use energy for
selfish ends which is the essence of the dark arts. Right now you are
feeling the intensity of new and higher energies as they become the new
you. This is why you are experiencing buzzing noises in your head, ears
ringing, dizziness, heart flutterings and so many other odd physical
symptoms that would scare you if you did not understand what was
happening.
The
energy making up the whole you is changing in multitudinous ways you are
not even aware of and has never been done before while individuals
remained in their physical bodies. Because of this you are presenting a
whole new scenario to the many closely monitoring this process from
other planets. Try not to fear with regard to whatever you are
experiencing at this time dear ones, but simply allow the process to
unfold and do what you are guided to do even if or when it is nothing.
Please
know that if you are experiencing intense physical issues that concern
you, it is entirely appropriate for you to go to your doctor, but also
understand that often these issues will turn out to be your experience
of the release of old injuries, memories, vows, or anything from the
past or present intense enough to be stored in cellular or emotional
memory.
All is well dear ones, all is proceeding according to plan.
Beloved Ones,
As you move through your daily lives, you are finding more evidence of subtle workings of the higher dimensions all around you, as situations that were very touchy and volatile seem to just melt away into peace and harmony. This is happening both individually and collectively to all upon the Planet and is most especially noticeable for each Lightworker as they are more sensitive to the new energies that are coming in. Continue to allow the effects of these energies to flow through you without resistance and all will be well. Each of you is seeing that this is so and you are finding that speaking your truth with courage and determination brings more that is good into your life rather than the reverse as you and those around you adjust your perceptions.
These effects will continue as you purge from you thoughts that have been hidden and not looked at clearly before. Your human selves have stored away these thoughts throughout your lifetime and these thoughts have limited your ability to live to your highest potential. Sometimes these thoughts have to be expressed quite forcefully in order to free you of their effects. After this occurs, ask the Violet Fire Angels to cleanse and transmute the words that were spoken out into the atmosphere and transform that energy into the pure white Light for the highest good of all. Ask also that what has been released from within your being is immediately replaced with the pure white Light.
It is incumbent upon each Soul upon the path of Ascension to daily monitor and become aware of their thoughts, as you are now eliminating the weeds to allow new growth to happen in your garden of life. Plant the seeds that will allow you to grow and flourish in the newly ploughed field of the new Golden age that has been awaiting your attention. Each thought you sow into the collective field that is life enhancing will return to nourish you and will magnify the good that is waiting for you. Each positive intention you set will bring to you beneficial results that will surprise and delight you. It is time to become the alchemists who turn the lead of the past into the gold in your present.
As you become proficient in the control of your thought processes, you will become excited about the possibilities that each of you as co-creator with the Infinite One can bring to your world. It starts first in your own personal life where you learn to wield the powerful energy of your thoughts into pleasing manifested form. This will delight and consume your days as you follow your heart and your dreams. The joy of each experience will grow exponentially stronger and as each of you learn to work your energy in a new way the lives of those around you will also be uplifted. immersed in living it. So therefore we say do not mistake this journey
for what you are here to do. Yes, you are the forerunners, and as such,
the ones that are making this turnaround possible, but that is only a
small part of your mission here. For you are here to savour the fruits
of all of this labour, and you will do so with all of your heart and all
of your body.
So again we say that know that these side effects from all of this
rebuilding work you are currently doing are only superficial and
temporary, and once you have gotten the last nail in place to put it
like that, you will be free to enjoy the outcome of it all. And then,
you will finally see the real you. The shining one, blessed in all ways
and free as the bird. For then, you will no longer have to carry the
shackles of the old, nor the burden of rebuilding, and then you will be
free to live fully, in the image of the true Source. So do not get
caught up in the aches and pains, the anger and frustration. For that is
not the real you, that is only the part that is making you the real
you. And soon, you will start to feel how that inner part of you will
start to emerge from this somewhat chafing and restricting cocoon. It
takes a little bit more labour of love before you can fully emerge from
this cocoon, but do not let that fool you into thinking that you will be
stuck in this rut forever. For just like the butterfly, you too will
have transformed completely once you emerge, and then the hard work that
made you will fall away, just like those dry shreds of the cocoon that
once hid the brilliant colours of the butterfly. And just like the
butterfly, you too will forget your former self, for then, you will no
longer be the humble caterpillar inching along on the ground. Then, you
will take to your wings and soar into the sky without a second thought.

If we have been paying attention we can see that things repeat
themselves in cycles. Some call it Circular Time theory others Karma, I
see it as cycles that repeat in order
to teach us something or show us our discordance with a situation or
energy. How ever we look at it, the question still remains on HOW to
break these cycles, patterns, or karmas. Where do we look to act, or
what do we do to change and break free from an undesirable cycle? The
answer is right in the NOW. Right in that very moment when we notice it
happening. At that very moment in that NOW we can change the future
and break the cycle by changing our NOW reaction. When these old
patterns pop up do we find ourselves reacting in the same old manner, do
we hear those old records repeating things like, “This is just my luck”
or “ This kind of thing always happens to ME” or do we choose to stop
those records and look at it right NOW in a new way. Can we say instead,
“ Aha, a familiar pattern has returned to be observed and broken” or
“Wow, this looks familiar, here's my opportunity to change this right
NOW!” Our next question then is HOW or What do we DO right in that NOW
moment. The simplest answer and the best way to do this is to BE in
PEACE with the each moment and what ever it is bringing us. When we
look at as opportunity rather than just falling victim to the bashing of
the cycles we win. Be in Peace right NOW!!! ♥

Would you be willing to export all the information that you've encoded into your bodies and energetic fields -- all the limited beliefs and thoughts and rightnesses and wrongnesses -- export all that information.
Now, let’s put all that information into a bonfire in the middle of our connected beings. Look at it from infinite possibility, be present with it. Allow it to fade, to be erased, to disappear and allow all the trapped energy to return to the infinite possibility you can experience in every moment.

You have mayhaps noticed a quickening in the atmosphere lately, and that is no mistake. For now, the waterfall of energy that started to pour into you all in the last weeks of last year has gained not only in strength, but also in efficiency. Hence, the somewhat intensified physical symptoms many of you experience at the moment. Again we remind you that even if they at times seem to almost incapacitate you, they are in fact only preparing you for what you have in store. And what you have in store is nothing short of miraculous.We know that this will sound as empty words to all those still suffering from these last onslaughts, as you have a hard time even wrapping your head around your everyday existence that may seem to be more than a little hampered by these intense injections. But let us just say that no matter how hard the going will be at times, you will never ever get the chance to utter the words ”this was not worth it in the end”. Because what you are heading for, will wash away any mishap, hardship, pain and suffering you might have experienced during all of this, and just like a mother holding her newborn in her arms for the very first time, you will forget the arduous journey you had to go through in order to achieve this, the birth of the new. For once you experience that first breath completely immersed in the new world you are all busily putting together by the help of all of these energetic bursts, you will fall down on your knees in gratitude and bliss. And then, the memory of the journey you have just completed will in some ways fade away, because you cannot look back anymore. For what you have in mind is the here and now, and as such, it is in many ways important to sometimes stop and ponder a little bit about the process you are currently in. For it will pass, and with it, much of what you have deemed as being an important part of you will pass too. For now, many of you identify so strongly with this process, with all of its ups and downs, soaring heights of joy and bottomless pits of pain and despair. But forget not that this is not why you are here. This is only the transitional phase, and even if it seems endless and almost beyond comprehension at times, this is not the state that will linger in your consciousness once it is finished.
For then, you have finally stepped out of your old robe, and fully stepped into your new garments of light. And with that comes a whole new existence where all of the memories from this arduous journey no longer have a place. For you are not here to relive all of these challenges, both physical and emotional. You are here to live fully, and once you have completed this task of constructing the new, you will be fully immersed in living it. So therefore we say do not mistake this journey for what you are here to do.
