Sukaina's Personal I Ching Hexagram:
5: Patience
Friday, December 23rd, 2011
General Meaning: A fisherman can cast the line, but he can only wait for the fish to bite. Your catch will come in its own time; you cannot make it hurry to you — neither by working, nor by planning, nor by wishing. You may need to provide nourishment or support for others; but only through patience can you become the bridge between the fickle fish and the eventual feast. Strength in a time of trial waits quietly, resolutely. Weakness grows agitated, and abandons the effort before the fish bites. Periods of waiting are most fruitful when used for quiet contemplation.
Proceed cautiously, but resolutely, with whatever you are doing. The time and situation are calling for consistency and patience. Waiting is an essential skill; patience is a powerful force. Good timing is an ally of those with inner strength — the kind of strength that allows you to be uncompromisingly honest with yourself, while sticking to the path you have charted. If you persevere with a positive attitude, time weakens even the hardest obstacles. To rush anything, or impatiently force results, stimulates resistance and causes setbacks. At best, you achieve surface changes — the kind that can just as quickly be reversed. Steadfast waiting — while holding to your integrity leads to slow but permanent improvements. In the end, you accomplish something great. Practice patience.

PREFACE
This page is an example of how one can take the original description of the spiritual Principle addressed by the specified Bach Flower Remedy noted in the reference, at the bottom of this page, and reframe it into a learning tool to assist you to build a new coping skill --- a constructive attitude and behavior pattern.
The description in the book is BEST for a person who has the energy block or is going through a session to release that block. The description by Scheffer is largely of what a destructive attitude and pattern of the spiritual Principle would be like if one had this particular type of energy block. That description enables awareness to increase and allows the Reptilian Structure to more inclusively bring together the components of the block concerned, when indicated, so that it can be released.
AFTER the energy block is gone, one May still find it helpful to counter the still present IMPRINTING that has also been imposed on the Identity by the person's environment. This is NOT always the case. Only about 37% of my clients would benefit from this. Only 11% (usually the more intense) need this benefit to make their improvement assured and hopeful against an environment that encourages the negative Principle.
HORNBEAM relates to the soul qualities of Inner Vitality and Freshness of Mind.
A person who enjoys a life of activity and takes pleasure from their work, expressing their motivations and devotions, yet, allowing for and integrating participation in physical, mental, emotional and spiritual involvements and activities is the image of a Positive Hornbeam state. This is state is most noticed in its negative by those who most often have it. Others around them while they are in the positive style of life tend to see them as vigorous, dynamic persons who hold a light air.
Persons who have a strong Ego (Personal vales), strong SuperEgo (Social standards), passionate Basic Personality, or, are intense or compulsive by energy block or imprinting influence are most prone to developing a negative Hornbeam state. Having focused too long and too intensely on one of the physical or mental areas of their lifestyle, the emotional and spiritual, as well as one of the others -- have been distanced. This has not allowed for their appreciation and enjoyment and one's lifesystem increasingly experiences these losses until a threshold is passed and inner grief and physical depression arrive.
Persons who are sensitive and have highly influential Missions, either in development or in operation, should be equally prepared and expectant of the development of this state within themselves. One may be Spiritually Guided to devote considerable resources in the shorter term to one's Mission in relation to tight timing which will impact the degree of positive influence which their Mission can have. These efforts may be further extended by delays and frustrations which arise for and from the limitations of both oneself and others as well as a failing to ask for and to follow Spiritual Guidance by oneself and/or others.
As an example of the Grace which God affords us, neither the human species nor us as individuals are condemned for any failure -- as long as we earn forgiveness by sincerely acknowledging our errors and commit to future improvement. Entering a negative Hornbeam state is a warning that we have reached our limit of focus, persistence, and selflessness, or, selfishness. It may be an indication of excessive selflessness (SuperEgo) where we have denied our own needs long enough such that some of our Identity perspectives have sacrificed to the point of grieving their lost experience of pleasure. It could also be an indication that we have taken such personal (Ego) pleasure in the achievements and successes we have made towards our goals that we begin to be lax in pacing ourselves with the benefit Spiritual Guidance. Tiredness of any form of activity endangers our continuing spontaneity and persistence in asking for Spiritual Guidance.
Coping with a negative Hornbeam state may be a short term necessity in order to reach a turning point or completion point in the timely demands of our Mission. This is a potentially dangerous continuance for our health balance and our spiritual strength and should be repeatedly and carefully confirmed as necessary by Spiritual Guidance. If that confirmation is obtained, here are a few enlivening tactics:
acknowledge the short-term necessity of the state;
acknowledge the needs of your Identity factors;
entertain moments of images of reactivated pleasures;
acknowledge that you are responsible only for your part of and not for the whole of your Mission.
It is the responsibility of the others who will share the benefits of your efforts to at some point become involved and participate, if only as a prosumer, or, determine by their choice or apathy that they are not yet ready for those benefits. It is NEVER a spiritual positive for us to impose solutions or benefits on others regardless of the obviousness of the benefits that can be gained. God provides direction as to what would be best within a particular timeframe. We have been given the personal and collective choice to receive, deny, or reject those Graces. The focus of the individual who chooses to ask for Spiritual Guidance and chooses to follow that Guidance is best directed at utilizing one's capabilities and resources as effectively and efficiently as possible.
Exchanging a negative Hornbeam state for a Positive one is relatively simple in action yet may require some planning and the patience to materialize those plans. Here are a few possibilities:
A restaurant outing;
Theater or sporting events;
Outdoors strolls and hikes;
Moving to a new location;
A one day vacation.
When the Hornbeam Remedy is indicated as needed by muscle testing or Spiritual Guidance, it can be seen as an indictor that positive changes are ahead. If one has failed to maintain close and accurate awareness of one's needs or of Spiritual Guidance, they can now be re-established and vitality will return. If an extended severely focused involvement IS necessary, one can be confident that it will not be lengthy for God NEVER asks of us more than we are capable of, although in the short term we sometimes doubt that capability. The task at hand will be completed, its benefit will be lost through delays, or, we will be Spiritually Guided to delay its continuance for a period of time until we are refreshed and/or the timing or support from others is reinstituted.
With Spiritual Guidance, our efforts will not be wasted.
They will be optimized for our capabilities, the necessities being addressed, our resources, and the readiness of those who could share in the benefits.

MUSTARD relates to the Soul quality of Cheerfulness & Serenity.
Remaining focused on one's Spiritual Guidance while acknowledging one's Identity perspectives enables a balanced pace of involvement and reverence that is an indicator of a positive Mustard state. One remains cheerful in spite of difficulties and setbacks for it is known that positive outcomes are often the result of the positive co-operative and voluntary efforts of many. It is acknowledged that in our highly physical, political, and, commercial world, there is little opportunity for the average person to learn of spirituality, its principles, and how one can access Spiritual Guidance for help always. That anyone does, that oneself can, and that events ever follow in a spiritually positive direction is indeed something to cheer about.
Feeling gloomy and cut off from one's self and the outside world can often indicate that we have so excluded our Personal Spirit from its involvement and frustrated or sabotaged our Mission so thoroughly that we are in danger of losing our participation in life. It is possible that we have been so focused on the material, personal (Ego) or social (SuperEgo) conscious spheres that we have rejected the benefits which our Personal Spirit can bring to us. Now, it offers to leave our proud existence and we are caught for a moment in the potential predicament of humble acknowledgement, or, death.
When we are also facing severe physical difficulties which threaten our health, even unconsciously, our Reptilian Structure may require all of our conscious resources to meld with its own in order to protect us, mend us, or force us to take remedial action. These may not make rational sense at the time, yet like the hypersensitive person who acts out in anger to drive others away only to lessen the coping requirements that must be addressed, so also, the person in the negative Mustard state may be forced to withdraw in order to recharge overspend batteries.
Falling unexpectedly upon us, so it seems, the black depression and gloom of the negative Mustard state indicate to us that we have not been paying attention and in our lack of awareness we have let routine housekeeping deteriorate to the level of emergency. We have had responsibilities and obligations to observe yet we have been squandering our time and energies running after fantasies and trying to make elephants disappear. It is time for us to get back to reality, find our focus, take our part in the whole, and enjoy the benefits of a Basic Personality optimally involved.
While there are constant demands and distractions which encourage one to deny and turn away from their Personal Spirit, it is only when our Spirit is so drained of energy by our constant misuse of it and squandering of its energy that we fall into the negative Mustard state. Our awareness of the reality of the largely negative human influence on the realization and maintenance of one's spiritual strength can assist us in appreciating what there is and motivating us to encourage greater balance between the dimensions of life that afford greater opportunity for harmony.
Each negative Mustard state is, therefore, a wake up call for us to find our Mission, focus on it, and carry it through to the best of the abilities of our Basic Personality. To the extent that our personal values (Ego), social standards (SuperEgo), and physical health (Reptilian Structure) respect and know their Identity team members of Personal Spirit and Basic Personality, and, that all CHOOSE to look to the direction of Spiritual Guidance -- there will be joy enough and the dark days of depression will be kept away or minimized to the least influence.

This is NOT always the case. Only about 37% of my clients would benefit from this. Only 11% (usually the more intense) need this benefit to make their improvement assured and hopeful against an environment that encourages the negative Principle.
OAK relates to the soul qualities of Strength and Endurance.
A person who is aware of their Mission and works onward with great persistence, endurance, reliability, and strength, tempered by the relevancy mentored through their Higher Self from Spiritual Guidance is an example of a positive Oak type. They know that the value of achievement and winning is a reflection of its relevancy to the universe-wide significance of their spiritual direction.
It is a danger to the Oak type of person to have their Ego (Personal values) become proudly selfish of the achievements it has shared in, and/or, for their SuperEgo (Social perspective) to soak up the flattery and well-intentioned acknowledgement of their efforts. At such times, they stop asking and listening to the Spiritual Guidance available to them and the state of their own Reptilian Structure, and, show themselves to be foolish, weak, separate, slavish. This may lose them the respect which they have earlier earned and result in those around them questioning their motives and aims. How could one who honestly has accurate access to Spiritual Guidance and a divinely inspired Mission fail so completely?
Yet the Positive Oak state is not so easy for others to judge.
Only the person who chooses to follow Spiritual Guidance with reverence and sincerity will know with certainty if they have wavered in their Mission or soldiered on with close attention to their General. The ultimate revelation of the weakness or strength of the Oak character will often only be revealed by the distant outcome. Sometimes, the greatest achievements are the result of efforts which bring one intimately in contact with severe problems which will only be answered constructively by exploring why the answers have not already been found by others, and then, breaking those bounds to open the mind to new revelations, and solutions.
This willingness to set oneself voluntarily to the service of others who have great need yet little awareness and little optimism is a striking trait of persons with the Positive Oak attitude. They seek no fame and will not be detered by the doubts of others who are likely to receive the biggest benefit of their efforts and devotion. Their greatest motivation is to know that they have a divine Mission, supported by all the Spiritual Guidance they receive, and that the potential outcome of their achievements will bring the greatest reward possible for each element represented within their Identity. They will do the most with the capabilities, experiences, energy, resources, and opportunities available to them.
The greatest danger to Oak types is the presence of other negative spiritual characteristics in the form of energy blocks and negative spiritual attitudes and behavior patterns learned from those around us (imprinting). Most of these will encourage the Oak types to adopt fixed behavior patterns that prove sabotaging from their frequent irrelevancy. Intensity is often the result of imposing a fixed pattern in irrelevant situations. Spiritual Guidance NEVER forces us to do anything. We always have choice. Forcing ourselves and forcing others is a focus of material power not spiritual love.
Confusion and distraction which injects delays, depression, and unreliability is another way in which energy blocks and imprinted patterns acquired from both one's genetic and social heritage as well as one's one traumatic experiences encourage, or even force by addiction, a transferance to the negative Oak state. Now, they may insist on doing for others what will provide positions of greater strength for those they care about. They lose the reality that by assisting others to learn new skills and new awareness, you enable them to become stronger. They become so focused on what they can do that they impose their gifts on others and deny themselves the opportunity to learn how to do more in new ways with what they have. Taking oneself too seriously sets one apart from others who could contribute to, and perhaps have a Mission to contribute to, one's own Mission.
What the Positive Oak type knows is that to do one's best in following Spiritual Guidance, and, to encourage others to do their best in following what is Spiritually Guided for them, all will share in a positive and optimum outcome for the universe, for humanity, and for themselves and those they love. There can be JOY in knowing that, regardless of the outcome, you have done your part to enable the success of many. In this way one can honestly feel in partnership with God and in receipt of the Love of God which wishes for us all to live in harmony and contentment.

This is NOT always the case. Only about 37% of my clients would benefit from this. Only 11% (usually the more intense) need this benefit to make their improvement assured and hopeful against an environment that encourages the negative Principle.
CLEMATIS relates to the soul quality of Creative Idealism.
Persons who have self-control and self-awareness over their imagination and an ability to integrate it into reality through innovation and creativity are in the Clematis state. Such persons bring a greater awareness of the beauty around us to the rest of us through their sensitivity. Frequently, they are healers, artists, and actors. They believe that the future will bring better times and that present difficulties will be surpassed and future opportunities will be realized.
Joy, sadness, or physical circumstances may distract one from the present and result in a negative Clematis state. With the present either overlaid with over-optimism to result in an imaginative view of the future, or, clouded by difficulties which seem so confusing that one consciously denies them -- the negative Clematis person seeks escape into the future. The difficulty is that the work required in the present to assure a more positive future, or, a continuation of the positive present into the future -- is avoided, or denied. This can lead to a loss of what is hoped for, and, eventual depression. Obsessive sadness over losses can lead to further losses when present opportunities for Joy are discouraged, denied and rejected. Joy happens where there is action, joining in, sharing, encouragement, acknowledgement.
Coping with a longer-term Clematis state, when present as a strength of one's Basic Personality, or, as an energy block, requires one to use self-awareness and self-direction. One must first of all recognize the nature, then the danger, and finally the benefits of the Clematis state and pace the exchange between positive and negative expressions of the state. Creative activities often result in periods during which the Ego (Personal values and preferences) of an individual must override the perspectives of one's SuperEgo (Social standards and expectations). The individual must take a stand for what they FEEL and hope that their sensitivity is an extension of a significant number of other persons who are less expressive yet appreciative of acknowledgement through the reflection of the Clematis style person.
Over-sensitivity is a danger which can result in a dumbing out, confusion, denial, dreaminess, and lack of awareness and acknowledgement of others. Lost in one's inner world of intellect and spirit, present contributions necessary to maintain a positive direction, or, change to a positive direction, are not realized. Healers, investigators, and scientists may be so dominated by projected expectations in their work that they miss obvious truths which are in a different direction of thought, and, continually fail in their efforts to resolve problems or share revelations. An artist may be so idiosyncratic and eccentric that the audience that appreciates their work is too small to afford them a practical living. Unyielding in their assumptions and compulsive in their applications they may waste great amounts of effort and resources for lack of sensitivity to the outer world and the changes which have transformed the past into the present.
Great creativity and a persistence through temporary setbacks, delays, and periods of lack of support and acknowledgement to a realization of success, can also result from the sensitivity of the state. Healers are often required to do tests, interviews, session preparations, research, and provide prescriptions and encouragement to others before seeing their efforts transformed into recovering, well, and happy patients and clients. Artists must often begin with sketches, prototypes, experimental collections and expressions of their feelings and concerns -- before, finding a form, color, sound, or other modality which others can identify with and cherish, admire, or seek to possess. Actors may refine their power of communication through many years of varied experiences and increasing awareness before being recognized "overnight" as a "star". Belief in oneself and one's Mission is critical for during these periods of development there are often few who provide acknowledgement and one may doubt one's own capabilities from time to time.
Maintaining a Positive Clematis attitude is made more possible by the inclusion of the following methods of centering in which the fantasy, imagination, and projection which one has is tempered by a frequent reconnection with the reality of the present, and, history.
Determine your Basic Personality strengths;
Recognize the nature, dangers and benefits of the state;
Become aware of history and the patterns of reality;
Periodically review the news of your and related interests;
Clearly access Spiritual Guidance often to confirm truths.
Look for the deeper meanings that provide a greater understanding of the often multiple factors which contribute to the reality which we are concerned about. If you do not understand and sympathize with that which you hate (dislike continuously), you will have no constructive and spiritually acceptable manner of effecting a positive influence for change. At best, you will then make no difference. At worst, you will intensify a disliked pattern into a hated pattern by adding fear and defensiveness to the equation through force and imposition. Taking for granted something you love (like to be around or continually experience) will often encourage that lifeform to look elsewhere for acknowledgement and recognition; unmaintained machines will fail and gluttony will destroy your health.
The truly creative person continually experiences Joy in the marvels of the Creator of all life and matter. Such a person seeks contact with the Spirit of that Creator through clear access to Spiritual Guidance (Holy Spirit) and receives revelations with an awareness of Grace. They believe in themselves from an awareness that by the fact of their very living, God has expressed a belief and confidence in them. They seek to communicate these revelations to others so that the Joy and Peace which they experience may be shared by others. It is the separation (Evil) which the present, and past, physical and political realities have from this unity, order, harmony, and peace -- spoken of as Spiritual Love -- which the positive Clematis person seeks to encourage others to become aware of and share with still greater numbers of others. Once the separation is acknowledged, movement TOWARDS the more constructive alternatives can be chosen. Positive Clematis seeks to dispel denial of choice and acceptance of Grace in order to bring the freedom to seek and share Love.

This is NOT always the case. Only about 37% of my clients would benefit from this. Only 11% NEED this benefit to make their improvement assured and hopeful against an environment that encourages the negative Principle. Usually, these are INTENSE people.
WALNUT relates to the Soul quality of New Beginnings and Unaffectedness.
People who grasp change as an entrance into new opportunities, new successes, new discoveries, and new growth are in the positive Walnut state. Gliding with their Personal Spirit along the path indicated by their Spiritual Guidance, they remain focused on their Mission and headed in the direction that will be most constructive of the options available.
Distraction is the greatest weakness of persons in, and wishing to remain in, a positive Walnut state. These distractions will attract and waste their energies and sabotage their choices. Health, happiness, contentment, influence, income, respect, and justice may each or together await their arrival. Hesitation and delay may result in its loss. Here are some of the common forms of distraction and how to best cope with them:
Patterns of Fear:
A decision awaits of which one or more of our Identity factors has concern that not enough is known yet to address and avoid the problems which can arise.
On the basis of doubt, ignorance, and rationalization --- there will never be a time at which enough is known to avoid all possibilities of failure or error, UNTIL, it has passed and failed (for the lack of one's participation), or, has been withdrawn (lost to others), or, has become redundant (no longer relevant through other changes). IF you are aware that this IS reality, you have a simple choice: follow Spiritual Guidance, or, lose.
Patterns of Social Power:
A decision awaits on whether you will remain part of a social group which you have enjoyed participating in during the past, yet have recently taken a position of discrimination which you feel and know is injustice and elitist. If you speak out, you may be abandoned, criticised, rejected.
When taking an unpopular position, ensure that you confirm with Spiritual Guidance that such a position is relevant and justified and not an emotional reaction constructed on your own prejudice, pride, and ignorance. If the adversary position is justified, your associates will respect your alert to their error, or, they will reject your views and yourself as an extension of their insecurities.
You AND they will benefit from your stand, or, you will only LOSE by your staying and concealing your truth and beliefs. At worst, they will tolerate your presence and gossip behind you. Better to make the simple choice: follow Spiritual Guidance, or Lose.
Patterns of Energy Sharing:
You are happy, carefree, healthy, and sharing your energies with those around you when one of those present or a new arrival expresses disharmony. They express anger, defensiveness, frustration, rage, hatred, disgust, ridicule, jealousy, envy, or some other form of disrespect towards you directly, or indirectly, or, against those you care about. You are comfortable in your positive state and resist shielding yourself from others.
If you take too long to shield yourself from the negative energies of others their energies will cancel your positives and begin drawing you deeper and deeper into the negative. Negative energies are like quicksand which sucks in and smoothers into concealment anything which usually touches it. The wise person who has stumbled into quicksand will quickly roll unto the surface of the pond and roll their way along the surface and off it. Trying to swim in it or fight it, or push oneself up with one's feet -- will be sure to trap them deeper, until they are over their head.
Knowing when it is best to shield your energies requires awareness, presence, humility, self-directedness, and above all -- feedback from one's Higher Self of the relevant Spiritual Guidance. The simple choice: Maintain close contact with Spiritual Guidance and focus on it rather than on others or yourself.
Patterns of Role Participation:
At different times in our lives, our physical, financial, age, emotional, and intellectual abilities make it best for us to surrender our current roles and responsibilities and adopt new ones which we are better suited to and can be proficient at. We have enjoyed these roles and/or have felt important and valued by our ability to look after ourselves and contribute to others.
If we are too slow in exchanging the role we can no longer perform for the one which we and others can appreciate us for, we will bring unnecessary hardship on both ourselves and those we know or care most about us. We will become more co-dependent, disappointing, frustrating, and undependable to those we still encourage to respect us. Yet to give way too soon may be to withhold from ourselves and others benefits we could afford them.
The only sure timing available to us is that which we ask for and hear of from Spiritual Guidance through our Personal Spirit. No amount of feedback from others will suffice for each will have their own preference which depends more upon their appreciation of our skills and their fear of our demands than of the true nature of our abilities. Many people have a span of inattention, forgiveness, or patience by which they will put up with our decline before feeling imposed upon or disgraced by. By the Grace of God can we preserve both our respect and the respect of others.
Patterns of Co-dependency:
It does happen that we may be so fortunate as to have the close company of another person for an extended period of time. In such situations, and within many modern mass cultures, it often arises that we vest a great amount of our identity in how the other person interacts with us, how they receive from us and take from us. We gain a comfort in knowing what to expect and replacing what might better be questions with assumptions. We may reach a harmony, real or false, which would take much time and effort to refound with another. If the perception of joy and pain has been considerable, the unconscious chasm between stranger and intimate may seem unfathomable.
Facing an inevitable and necessary separation, out of business absence, illness time in a hospital, schooling at a university, an inability to understand and respect each other and provide a positive environment -- we may with our Reptilian Structure and either our personal values (Ego) or our social standards (SuperEgo) find fantasies to deny the realities and insist to ourselves that we may still be able to control and force and love the outcome into the shape we desire. If we are the only participants making a sincere effort in such a direction, we will never earn the openness, freedom, and trust which such a harmony displays.
Knowing when and how to leave can be critical to the health of a relationship. Staying too long can encourage abusive behaviors to continue, co-dependent possessiveness to imprison, unexpressed grief to drain one of vitality, and to imply to those near us that we distrust them, or, ourselves. Over-extended departures will make the pain deeper and more severe. An inability to demonstrate one's independence will encourage one to be afraid of change and resigned to failure and doom. How can you be contributing to the vitality of another person if you have only your own dumbed out, over-aggressive, or never changing presence to share with them? If you are boring to yourself, you likely are to them also.
Leaving, and letting others to leave, gracefully, is a most important art which Spiritual Guidance can assist you with. If you are aware of the importance of such times, you can freely ask Spiritual Guidance when the time has arrived to best leave. If you leave at such a time -- you may be welcomed back, you will be respectfully remembered, negative emotions which have arisen may not become destructive, the freedom of the other person and their spirit may be respected and love be returned to you from their thankful spirit. Where a very special bond exists, we may discern this with a form of 6th sense. For most of us most of the time, only Spiritual Guidance can preserve us from the errors and mistakes so easy for us to fall prey to.
Patterns of Risk:
A decision can be made yet actions and directions are indicated which we know will be difficult for us and the failure of which may influence others we care about in ways which we would rather not impact upon them. There is the excuse that they will benefit if we stay and that they will be harmed by our departure or change. We fear their lack of acceptance and acknowledgement. We fear their blatant show of disrespect for us. We may allow ourselves to feel important on the basis of how much we have done for others and how they are, or should be, weak and co-dependent on us.
We may have realized these weaknesses that we have encouraged and have attempted to lessen them to benefit all with greater self-respect and sharing. Yet, we cannot change what we have been part of if the others involved choose to remain slow, lazy, unrespecting, and uninvolved. We may also have realized the benefits of our own lack of direction and selfishness and wish to linger longer for the benefits we glean by deceiving and manipulating those near to us through toxic shame use, imposition, or force. We hold ourselves and others back from our and their Missions with these wasteful distractions or irresponsibility.
There is no true risk in finding out the truth.
The only risk that comes from the truth is having to face the errors and failures of one's past and accept responsibility for the pain and hardship we have needlessly caused to others. We cannot take those back. We will continue to repeat them until we acknowledge them to ourselves and others and say: ENOUGH! The truth provides us with the benefit of learning and improving, of understanding and having compassion for others. Only Spiritual Guidance can quickly and simply indicate if THIS risk is worthy of YOUR involvement. A step in a better direction may save our life, or, take it. Hesitation will decide for us.
Special life situations are more often the times when many people find themselves in need of refocusing on the fundamentals, as the person in the positive Walnut state does. Know the above pitfalls of distraction in order to detect them before they submerge you. Know the positive antidotes which you can use to defeat them and remain strong and vibrant during those critical times when the benefits God wants for you lie in the balance.
GUIDELINE
If you wish to create your own reframed version of a Bach Remedy spiritual PRINCIPLE description to use for your chosen positive imprinting through repetitive exposure, consider the following.
Negative expressions of spiritual states are extremes, not good or bad according to some authoritarian personal election. The positive expression is seldom the opposite of the negative extreme. Look for the difference in context and the improvement in relevancy as an indicator of good choices of words.
Personalize your description with words like "I", "She", "My", and others.
