My Giser stars


Art was so right in giving us these sheets of paper in order to appreciate the others - I wish I had given more out. It's tough when you're processing all the emotions, are completely in an altered state and have to write them all out before people start leaving.

I wish I had given Gabriele one, never mind whatever in me keeps getting lit up around him. He wrote me such a nice one. Wish I had given Anne Smith one as well, never mind how I feel about our interaction on the email a few weeks ago.

I've been feeling sad and crappy all day. I'm going to keep these chits of paper for ages. My fuel for the challenging times.

Hi Suki

it's such a joy to be with you on a course! And to see you gradually revealing and beginning to delight in all the things you are and can be is wonderful!

I feel a huge tenderness for what I see as your vulnerability in some ways, and at the same time, I can see such power in you - I suppose the tenderness is for some aspects of your old here-and-now self, and the awe is for what I glimpse of your totality... mind you, Art's comment at the end was we might entertain the possibility that we're just beginning to have an inkling of our real selves....

I'm looking forward to you coming to visit - in the autumn, after I'm back from China? Country walks and long talks...

And in the meantime, I'm wondering whether we could put a little practice group together to follow up the course? And do a little work via skype. What do you think?
