Well, since I seem to be thinking more in depth than usual, let's ask a difficult question. Well, the question, of course, is easy enough but my ability to give an acceptable answer is nonexistent.
The preamble: you are 23 years old according to the solar calendar, but 24 according to the lunar calendar and, somehow, that should be given more importance. You are a 'Female' 'Pakistani' 'British' 'Asian' with an undergraduate degree in 'English' (linguistics and Language Teaching certificate for non-English areas). You passed up a chance to earn £5,000 a year working as a library assistant, when (at this moment of writing) it seems as though you might have been able to do what was written in the JD. Especially when they were looking to specifically recruit Asians. Well, you've already passed that up.
You're 'moderately depressed'. You have no faith in the NHS system, in fact you are almost entirely sure that this CBT won't work and if goes further with group therapy, it won't work either. You might just not show for the sessions. They are willing to kick you out as soon as they possibly can. After all, it is ALL THE WAY in Wimbledon, now isn't it?
You're working as a volunteer at Oxfam, because you can walk there. You are pricing clothes and, somehow, that's helping the third world. God knows how. It's your second work experience, the first being at a Toronto public school. Where you couldn't really meet the gaze of 5 and 6 year olds. Shocker.
You are mostly an INFP and have just read that you are probably unlike most other INFPs, which was a shock. So not only are you 1% of the population, but within that 1% you are a minority as well. So, even though ideal occupations are said to be teacher and librarian, there really is no guarantee that you will be a candidate for those occupations. Counselling is way out of the equation now; you are so disillusioned. You have applied for the Careers Fair on Monday, one that you will not attend. You spent £10 on a National Express bus pass that you will never use.
There is really no way you can classify yourself as strong. You are weak and have let the weaknesses take over your soul, mind and body so that you have become dead. You have no logic left to use. Forget preferences, you just CAN'T.
You wonder why you aren't dead. You might die tomorrow. There really is no guarantee. And of course, tomorrow is a relevant term. So when things start to look up, and you have hope and contentment in your heart, that is when you will die. Because this is basically how things work. Just face it, darling. Suicide will never be a feasible option for you. You are scared of it. Because this time it will be for real. There is no way you will survive a fourth attempt. So maybe, just maybe, you should consider shutting up and not using it to manipulate guilt amongst the people you know. It's petty and low and I thought you were better than that.
You have no friends in your family. You have no friends in the people who you thought could step up and be your friends. People who you think you need to help don't need it. You are the one who has no helper, except for God. And all this is of utmost importance to you. But for others, friendship is not that important. Family is. And for you, family was never that important. That is clear enough, for you have no respect for your parents, now do you?
