Deborah Roberts Realised this week the power of the tools we have at our fingertips have spent weeks speaking to higher selves of key people leading up to a company event some wise words stuck with me throughout the day "if you don't want to cook with someone, don't let them in your kitchen" and " you don't have to be in front to be a leader" the company ethos is focused on leadership, participation and facilitation. I experienced the best time and I saw the distinction between my own mirrors and humans representing their own stuff that has zero to do with me.
