Deborah Roberts Realised this week the power of the tools we have at our fingertips have spent weeks speaking to higher selves of key people leading up to a company event some wise words stuck with me throughout the day "if you don't want to cook with someone, don't let them in your kitchen" and " you don't have to be in front to be a leader" the company ethos is focused on leadership, participation and facilitation. I experienced the best time and I saw the distinction between my own mirrors and humans representing their own stuff that has zero to do with me. I do not have to take on and address things that show up which give me no charge they are only seeing a mirror may they receive love and experience peace. My sister shared a relevant quote "we can be whom ever we choose to be but if I'm a crow and you squeeze me I will still sqwark" Thank you for this awareness Xxx

He has not only increased his being-in-my-face, he has begun insulting me freely, as though I were his ex-wife i.e. my mother. He keeps calling em greedy, a pig and fat and he actually HIDES the food he buys in his room so that I don't see it and eat it. I haven't been able to change my living situation for three years - to a better one. I have only realised today that I spend godawful hours at the workplace when I don't even like my job or get remuneration for the added hours because the other ugly alternative is coming home to the father. I cannot speak to him like a normal human...
